•Statement: The young teen had been last seen walking home on the 18th block of Windsor Avenue after leaving a friends house. The body was found by a next door neighbor who had taken her dog out in the early hours of morning before work. It is suggested that the young girl was murdered at the edge of her property, and struggled to try and get herself home to safety. Evidence shows that the brute of the attack happened where the body was found while only enough to silence her scream was done by the edge of the property.Taking a minute to catch my breath, my heart went out to all of these families. The man had caused chaos among everyone as the bodies of his victims had appeared all over state. Closer and closer he drew, silently creeping slowly until the day we would meet face to face for the first time. "Need a break?" Suddenly Spoke Ronald, nearly startling me from my daze.
Shaking my head at him, I picked up the next file. Just taking a moment to breath it all in, all of these poor people." Turning back to the next case, I slowly went through the images from the crime scene. Case after case left unsolved while people lived in fear of the killer who murdered their loved ones. It all hit so close to home that I new exactly how those people must be feeling to this day. Getting to the next month, I realized this was his last kill before my family met their fate with the man.

•Statement: Local patrol got a dispatch call on a car trespassing on private property. The car would have likely snuck out to the lookout point after the couple headed to bed around 10pm that evening. Evidence suggests that the two were there for a romantic evening before Mr. Scott would have been lured out of the car. Evidence points that he murdered them each one at a time to keep the nearby owners unaware of the tragedy occurring just yards from their home.As I finished the next file, I mentally braved myself to see my own. Just then, a knock came from the door nearly startling me. "Oh I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you." Began a beautiful woman. By the way she dressed, I would say she was an attorney. Giving her a confused look back, I noticed the shocked expression on Ronald's face. Seeing the tint of pink on her cheeks, I realized that she was the meeting he was missing.
"You are no problem at all, what brings you in?" I innocently questioned, closing all of the files and pushing them away and out of her site. She wasn't a part of this case, the less she knew the better.
"I was looking for Inspector Quick actually, I hope I didn't come at a bad time." Looking between the two of us confused, I was loving the embarrassment he was feeling.
"No, not at all! He was actually just finishing up for the night, did the two of you have a meeting this evening?" If looks could kill, Ronald would have had me six feet under by now.
"Dinner actually, I hadn't realized he was still working. I can just go, we'll call it a rain check." Smiled the woman, trying so hard to hide her disappointment before turning quickly to walk away. The entire time, Ronald sat silent.
"Go get her you fool!" I exclaimed, he's lucky that we have the slowest elevators to ever function on Earth.
"Mila I can't. I'm just not ready, and we have a case to work on." Trying to cover his ass, I heard the elevator chime.
"You've been single the entire time that I've known you! Stop worrying about me, and live a little. That is a beautiful woman who is clearly interested in you, and who hasn't yet had dinner. Go take her out, I can handle it from here." Giving him a stern look, I knew it would be enough to get him going. "Now hurry before those doors close." I said, smirking as he shot to his feet and straightened out his clothes.
