It's been peaceful in the Midoriya household. (Except for the times Kacchan and Toko-nii come over.)

He's in the 6th grade now.

Things have gone well in his life so far.

He has loving parents. A place to go home to. Education. Friends. A kids dream, really.

Today poppa wanted to take Izuku on a bottle car ride in the city.

How could he deny that? He's always loved spending time with Poppa.

"Birdie," Poppa yelled up the stairs. "Are you ready to roll out yet?"

"In a minute." He yelled back down, tieing his shoelaces as fast as he could.

He looked at himself in the mirror.

Over the past few years, his wings have grown a lot. His feathers almost touch the floor!

His hair has gotten even more shiny than it already was. His feathers along his body got bigger and shinier as well.

People at school called him a goddess, for some reason. Do people think he's a girl?

Well, he does dress like a girl sometimes. Who could blame him for thinking he was a girl. (His hair was getting kind of long too...)

He ran down stairs, meeting Poppa at the bottom. He smiled at his dad, making him clutch his heart.

Poppa sighed, smoke blowing out his mouth a bit. "You're growing up to fast, birdie!" He wiped a fake tear away.

"Don't be sad poppa." Izuku smiled wider. "Once I'm a hero, you won't need to worry about me because I'll protect you all the time!"

"Oh!" Poppa grinned. "But who will take care of you when you become a hero?"

"All might will!" Izuku jumped up, hovering off the ground as his wings were buzzing. "Or Eraser Head! I think I want Eraser Head to protect me instead. He's way cooler than All Might!"

"He is pretty cool." Poppa grabbed his keys off the table. "But are you ready to go now, birdie?"

Izuku nodded his head.

The father-son duo headed out the door and to the car.

They forgot to say goodbye to Momma.

Toko-nii was playing at Kacchans house. They were both playing "Heros and Villains."

Toko-nii was, of course, the villain.

Kacchan was chasing Toko-nii around the house. He was shouting things at him like, "get back here villain!" and "I'll beat you into a pulp."

Kacchan finally tackled Toko-nii to the ground. The dark bird grunted when he landed on the floor.

"I have finally defeated you!" Kacchan stood up and put his hands on his hips. " Cower before me, villain scum!"

"That doesn't sound very heroic of you, Kacchan." Toko-nii got up and dusted his pants off. "Maybe you can sound more like a hero if you quoted one."

"Yeah, right." Kacchan crossed his arms. "I'm not going to be saying 'I am here! while I save people! I'll sound like a copy cat."

"I guess you would." Toko-nii shrugged.

They both headed down to the kitchen to grab a little snack.

When they went into the said kitchen... they found Mitsuki sitting at the table with tears flowing down her cheeks.

"Mom?" Kacchan asked. He put a hand on her shoulder. "What's wrong?"

"Katsuki, Tokoyami..." She took a deep breath and turned toward the pair.

"What's wrong?" Toko-nii tilted his head to the side.

"Izuku and his father was in a really, really bad car crash..." Another tear fell down her face.

"Stop joking, old woman." Kacchan laced his eyebrows together. "Its not funny."

"I'm not joking, Katsuki." She got up from the table. "They're both in the hospital. Inko said we can go see them tomorrow." She turned to Toko-nii. "I'll call your mother and ask if you can stay the night so you can come with us.

She left the kitchen.

The two boys stood next to each other. They weren't sure what to say.

"Hes going to be fine." Toko-nii whispered

"He better fucking be fine, or I'm killing him."
