You and your mother walked up to the door of a health store to find it was locked.
"Well, that was a bust. We can wait a few minutes."
You said but before your mother could reply the door open and the most handsomest man you had ever seen up close was right in front of you.
You immediately became insecure. You noticed his body was completely built where as you could stand to lose a few. He held the door open and you had to walk by him to get in. His cologne smelled nice and you noted that.
You kind of stood there awkwardly while your mom choose the item she was looking for. You looked up and your eyes met the man's eyes. You were lost in them for a few moments but looked away shyly. You became antsy so you played on your phone texting people anything to avoid looking up.
"Y/n, I left my wallet in the car. I'll be back."
Your mother said and walked out. You stood there looking at face creams until he spoke.
"I'm shawn."
He said introducing himself.
"Y/n."
You said smiling shyly.
"Your really gorgeous, I would like to take you on a date, if you want of course."
He said stumbling over his words.
"Yeah, I'd like that."
You said pulling up an empty contact on your phone and handing it to him. Your stance no longer showed awkward but slightly more comfortable. Just as he hand you your phone back your mom walked back in.
She looked at you with a small smile on her face. She handed him a 20 and paid for the items.
"Dont forget to comeback and visit."
He said looking at you.
You smiled shyly but your mom spoke.
"Of course,hon. I'll be sure to bring my daughter too so you can flirt more."
She said walking out the door and you right behind her.
3 Years later
You had started dating Shawn shortly after meeting at the store. A year later you moved into together. And now you had just had twins Remi and Roman.
You walked back into your shared bedroom after putting the twins down.
You laid next to Shawn and he wrapped his arms around you.
"Its crazy how far we came. From meeting in the health store to having twins. I'm thankful I met you."
You said laying against his chest falling asleep.
He kissed your head and whispered, 'I love you.' And you fell asleep.
