Chapter 13

They finally made it to the plaza and started to get on Uma's ship. They started the ship and began to sail away. They looked behind them and saw Talos entering the ocean. "Alright, let's go and see who the hell is behind this." Hades Jr said in a gritty tone.  They started to get closer to the island and soon landed. "Alright. Audrey, Chad, who I can't believe is still here, Harry and Gil, we are going to check out the stone building. Ben, Mal, Jay, Uma, Lonnie and Carlos, you guys will stay in the palace while we go to check the building. You guys stay and confront whoever or whatever is behind this." They nodded.

They walked through a town that had people just staring at them. They had hints of red in their eyes. They then walked to the palace that had a weird dark aura to it. "Um so is anyone have second thoughts?" Chad said scared behind Audrey as she hit him in his arm. They all continued and before then went in they saw Talos waiting in the water. They all entered, swords in hand, waiting for anything. "So, you finally come." A voice said as it bellowed through the walls. "And just who in the world are you?" Hades Jr said afterwards. They continued to walk until they saw a throne room. "You ruined my revenge. You, the one called Hades Jr and Mal, you foiled everything." The figure said. He sat on a throne with a trident on on hand and Jafar's staff on the other. "So are you King Minos?" Harry asked and the man nodded. "You took my one chance at revenge for what the gods did to me. So I took one thing that brings you happiness. The one you call...Fairest." King Minos told them. Hades Jr looked at him with fury in his eyes. "Where the hell is she?" He said out loud. "In the Labyrinth with a good friend of mines. Best hurry hero." He told him. Soon Hades Jr, Audrey, Chad, Harry and Gil ran out the palace to head to the large structure.

"What's the Labyrinth?" Chad asked as he and the others ran. "A maze. But in the books or old times it held the Minotaur as a prison." Audrey told him. "Why?" "You don't wanna know." They ran and ran until they found the entrance. They made their way in and started to walk around with their swords out. "Anything else?" Chad asked. "Um yea and I should've said before we entered, it's impossible to get out so Theseus, who entered to kill the Minotaur, had his girlfriend stay out with a piece of thread." Harry looked at her and sighed. Meanwhile back at the palace, Minos was scolding Ben for being a false King. "You are nothing and now you will be nothing." Minos said as snakes and scorpions started to come out of his legs. "Great, more snakes." Carlos said. They all pulled out their swords and noticed snakes and scorpions come out from all sides. They began to cut down the snakes and they used teamwork to take down the scorpions. "Mal, any chance you want to be a dragon?" Jay asked hesitantly. "Too small of a space, need to be outside." She told him. So as they cut down the snakes and scorpions they started to make their way out. Back at the maze, they keep getting into dead ends. "This maze looked small from the outside, man." Gil whined. "It's the most difficult maze in history. You think it wouldn't be hard." Hades Jr told him. They finally came to a clearing and saw a circular room with torches on every wall. He looked to his left and then to his right and saw a woman in black, blue and red on the floor with her blue hair shining cause of the torch. It was Evie so he ran to her and once she saw him they pounced on each other and hugged one another. The didn't dare to separate until Chad spoke. "Guys I think it's time to leave. Like NOW!" He yelled still scared. Evie quickly shushed him but it was too late because now three heads of a dragon awoke. It started breathing fire and started to look at them. "Hydra." Audrey said in a faint gasp.

The Hydra started to get up on it's legs and swished his tail smacking Chad in the face. Audrey went to his side while the others started to walk in different direction's to fool the Hydra but it was pointless since it had three heads. One of the heads went straight for Harry but Harry cut off it's head dropping below him. "NO!" Audrey yelled. "If you chop one of it's heads, it regrows two more!" She told them as the neck of the Hydra grew another two heads. The Hydra started to breathe fire on them all while Hades Jr went around. "The legs!" He yelled out. Soon Harry, Gil and Hades Jr were trying to cut off its legs but it was no use of the heads. Hades Jr at that moment came up with a stupid plan that could possibly get him killed. "Distract the other heads! I got a plan!" He yelled to Harry and Gil. Chad finally got up and soon him and Audrey helped. The middle head looked at Hades Jr while the other heads were occupied. "Wait...What are you doing?!" Evie yelled to him. All he did was laugh and woo as the head came at him, mouth open ready to eat him. They all looked as Hades Jr was eaten and saw how the Hydra started to pull back. They look and saw blue light from inside of its body and the Hydra started to flap it's wings and break through a series of wall eventually leading to the outside worlds. "We're saved!" Chad yelled cheering until Harry stopped him. They saw the Hydra fly up high to later see it explode and see a man on fire, specifically blue fire, fall from the sky landing on the coast by their ship. They all ran and saw Hades Jr coming out of the water laughing and Evie ran up to him and kisses him, shocking him in the process. "You could've died! That was stupid." She said smacking him. He was still shock at what happened. "Oh, um, saved us though." He finally said getting a small smile from her. He saw Chad giving him an A-Okay sign with Harry and Gil nodding.

As Ben, Mal, Jay, Uma, Lonnie and Carlos made their way out of the palace, they see in the distance a large 5 headed dragon shining a small blue light from its chest. They soon see it explode and see a blue fire fall into the coast. They all start running towards it's direction and see the others making their way over. "You guys stopped him?" Hades Jr asked. Ben shook his head. "Instead we got this to deal with." Carlos said pointing behind him. They all looked towards the palace and saw giant scorpions and snakes burst out. "Alright, you guys handle-" Hades Jr was saying before he heard screams of people with weapons running at them. "Um, okay. I'm going for Minos, you guys handle this." They all nodded and Ben gave Evie a sword. Mal's eyes glowed green and transformed herself into a dragon. Hades Jr started to run past them and dodged attacks from the people and struck his sword cutting of the snakes heads and piercing his sword into the scorpions after cutting off their stingers. He used his fire when he took on two and soon made it to the entrance of the palace. He looked around and saw Minos making a run for it along with Jafar's staff and the Trident. He chased him to a portal in the back and he went through it only to be hit in back of the head by something metal. He opened his eyes groggily and saw Minos standing in front of something. "Well, Son of the Underworld, you lost. Now, i'll get my final revenge!" He yelled and threw the Trident at something behind him which exploded a white light. Hades Jr saw a man in a cloak walk up to Minos and both disappeared.

Hades Jr started walking out with a dash of dizziness. He started to regain consciousnesses when he heard a loud roar. he made his way outside and saw most of snakes and scorpions dead along with the people. "Hade's we gotta go! It's him!" Uma yelled out. He runs towards them and saw all of them running to the ship. As he made his way towards them he saw a foot land next to him so he looked up and saw Typhon at full size going to breathe fire on him. He runs faster towards the ship. "Talos! Now would be a good time to end your bath!" Hades Jr yells making it to the ship and getting on. Talos starts to move again and comes out of the ocean and onto the land. Talos and Typhon matched up to each other and they began to brawl it out. The ship started to leave the port and they all saw how Talos was matching up to Typhon in strength. "Yeah! Beat him up!" Gil yelled as they started to leave. "It's not enough." Hades Jr said right as Typhon ripped one of Talos' arm off. Talos' head was soon thrown back to Auradon, flying past the ship. Typhon started to make him way towards them until Mal started to hit him with her fire breath. Hades Jr decided to go up to the platform underneath the crows nest and started to blow him with purple fire, the same fire he used on Ares. Suddenly, Typhon's chest piece started to melt until it went towards his bare animal skin. Both of their fires started to burn him and once they stopped they saw a hole that went straight through. Typhon look at them before collapsing onto Crete and started to glow just as the other monsters.

They finally made it to shore and they looked back to the island. They felt a powerful earthquake and saw the buildings and temples break down. The island practically cracked in half and started to sink to the bottom of the sea. "So, he's done for? Minos?" Ben asked. Hades Jr just looked at him and shook his head continuing to look at the island sink. They all started to walk away except for Evie who stood next to Hades Jr and took his hand. The pair looked at the island until they decided to walk away back home.
