I'm sitting in the coffeeshop, looking around. I still couldn't believe my ears. Me and Peter had this huge fight. I don't even remember what it's about, but I just remember saying I wanted to end things. After that he left. I regretted the words I said immediately and cried in my apartment. Then I got a call from one of my co-workers and he came over to comfort me, but then Peter called and heard him. He got pretty jealous and hung up on me. After that I sent my co-worker away and just cried myself to sleep.

The next morning, I came over to Peters apartment. He was acting a little strange, but he apologized and I accepted his apology. After that, I felt better and went down to the coffeeshop to get some coffee. As I ordered my usual, a muffin and an ice coffee, the guy who runs the place told me that Peter had slept with someone else. At first, I didn't believe him but then he told me the whole story and I just felt like crying again. I saw some people glancing my way from the couch and scoffed at the thought of Peter ever doing that to me.

And now we're back here, me sitting in the coffeeshop. Waiting for Peter to show up. And eventually, he did. He ran over to the manager to talk, but then I saw the guy pointing towards me and I gave Peter a death glare. "Y/n-," He said walking towards me. I stood up, on the edge of tears spilling. "Why would you do that?" You said softly. "I-" "Is it because I'm not good enough?" I asked him. He fiddled with his fingers. "No. It was meaningless... okay? She's nothing compared to you," He held my hands and looked into my eyes. I let his hands go and looked down. "Then why did you do it?" I said, a little louder. Peter took a small step back, giving me space. "I don't know- I was drunk and stupid," He said, his eyes were filled with guilt. "I can't believe you," I said to him angry.

"Hey- you were the one who said you wanted to end things," He said stern. "I didn't mean that! I love you and would never believe that," You said louder now. You were starting to get pissed off. Not caring if people were watching. "Action speak louder than words! You slept with someone else!" Tears were in your eyes as you looked at Peter. "We were on a break!" He defended himself. I see a group of six people groaning on the couch except for one guy who just stared off annoyed. "Are we gonna hear that line again and again?" A guy with dark hair said. "BUT WE WERE ON A BREAK," Another guy who looked a bit slimmer than the other, who also has dark hair but shorter said. Then a woman with blonde hair, which was a bit darker than the other blonde sitting next to her, spoke. "We weren't," She said.

I just looked at them confused as Peter did too, but he came over to me and held my hands. "Losing you was the hardest thing and the worst thing I have ever felt," He explained. "I got drunk because of you, okay? Because I love you and I always will," He said. I looked at him and cupped his face. "I am so in love with you. I have never felt anything like this for anyone... Y/n," He whispered as he kissed my cheek. "I want to marry you, have kids with you and grow old," His tone was pleading. "I mean- I don't even remember her name because all I could think of is you," You chuckled at this a little. You couldn't leave Peter. Not now or ever.

He hurt you. He hurt you bad, but you knew he was going to make up for it. "I'm sorry too. I shouldn't have said that things between us should end because it shouldn't," You closed the gap between you two as you put your hands on his shoulder. His hands were around your waist. As you pulled away, you only saw love in his eyes as he looked at you. "How do I make it up to you?" Peter asked. You smiled at him. "I want you to call that whore and tell her that she's a bitch," You tell him. He chuckled. "If that makes you forgive me then, okay," Peter said, making you chuckle.

"See! This is what should've happened between you two!" The very blonde, tall woman said.
