Chapter Six

                              Desire

I  couldn't believe my eyes. Linda was standing right in front of me. I haven't seen her in years. Why was she here now was the question running through my mind.

"You look so shocked to see me Des. I know your friend killed my son, so it's only right that I kill your friend." She said.

The fear in my eyes was very noticeable to her because she started to laugh as she walked out of the room.

What the hell have we done?

At this very moment it dawned on me that my our lives were over. I could hear my mother's voice telling me I should have made better decisions. If I only would have left Aubrey the first time he cheated maybe this wouldn't be happening now.

I thought about my children not growing up with their mother. I thought about my niece's and nephews not having there parent's.

One bad choice has ruined so may lives. I pray that my daughters never make any of the mistakes that I did.

I could see that Carlos was trying to figure out how all of this intertwined. Our past as well as his was now staring us all in the face. All I could do was say a silent prayer that God would get us all out of this alive.

I could hear voices around me but I could barely make out who they were. I remember talking to Linda and having a feeling that I shouldn't be there. Then everything went dark.

I wasn't worried though cause I had backup on the way. I opened my eyes to see my husband with a swollen face. I was instantly upset. I wanted blood for the shit these bitches pulled.

I looked over to my right to see Des looking defeated with tears in her eyes.

"Bitch what the fuck are you looking like that for? You think these bitches won? It's only just begun." I said.

I could hear a man's voice yelling in the next room.

"Keily are you fucking crazy! Why the fuck would you have her bring her here!?" He said.

He walked in the room with Keily and Linda in tow.

"Shakeya." He said.

I saw the fear in his eyes and I could smell the fear dripping from his pores.

"Danny. You think these bitches got the heart to kill me? I really hope they do cause if they don't kill me I promise you on my kids all of ya'll are dead." I said to him.

He looked at the seriousness in my eyes and he knew me well enough to know that I wasn't the one to fuck with.

He pulled a chair up an sat in front of me. He took a deep breathe an ran his hands down his face.

"What can we do to fix this?" He asked.

"Why are you trying to negotiate with this bitch!?" Keily asked.

"Keily shut the fuck up!" Danny shouted.

It was clear that he wanted no parts of this situation.

I looked at him with a devilish grin.

"Nigga the only fucking thing you can do to fix this is kill them bitches or kill me but either way I will see all of ya'll in hell." I said.

As soon as the words left my mouth there was gunfire outside. It sounded like the military going to war.

I smiled cause I knew what was coming next.

Linda ran to the window to see what all the commotion was.

"Oh my God! Danny your whole team is dead!" She yelled.

He jumped up an ran to the window. He looked back at me knowing what would come next.

"Make your choice Danny." I said to him.

My soliders were ready to kill everything moving.
