Known Rage Players: Gamzee Makara, Kurloz Makara, Xefros Tritoh, Charun Krojib, Lynera Skalbi, Nihkee Moolah
Those who fall under the aspect of Rage are revolutionists, willing to bring down a faulty system if it means exposing the truth. The Rage-bound dont place their faith on anything. They would prefer complete honesty even if it means revealing the worst possible situations. The Ragebound also have a tendecy to be volatile and chaotic, often bringing destruction in their wake. While there is no such thing as an "evil" aspect, as all aspects have a chance to be benevolent and malevolent, the Ragebound are the most likely to turn on their allies, especially if they learn that theyre hiding the truth from them. If theres anything you can expect from them, you can expect them to be brutually honest, distrustful, and rather confusing to understand.
The Rage aspect is one of the two aspects that focus on one's emotions and beliefs, the other being Hope. As the name suggests, the Rage aspect is heavily connected with negative emotions; more specifically, anger. A Ragebound is most dangerous when in this state of emotion. They will use their intense anger to their advantage, whether thats manipulation, destruction, exploitation, etc, such as Gamzee's murderous rampage after learning the truth of his religion.
Of course, it Rage was only about anger, then this aspect would be rather one-dimensional. Rage can also be associated with chaos and anarchy; this may be why most, if not all, Rage-bound characters break the fourth wall at some point. Gamzee is known to wear "plot armor", thus being unable to die, Kurloz was the only character in Openbound to look directly at the reader instead of a 3/4 angle, Charun has a Lil Cal in their hive, despite probably shouldnt be able to have him in the first place, Lynera acknowledging that she's just a fictional character during Lanque's route, and that scene in Nihkee's bad route. This is also probably why purplebloods like breaking the fourth wall, due to the influence of the True Capricorn sign. Because of this, its possible that the Rage-bound may even be able to change the truth to what they see fit, making them quite dangerous. Once again, due to being one of the four aspects without a human representative, its hard to tell the full extent of the power of Rage.
The Rage-bound will most likely lean towards being matched with an Active class, and will probably lean towards dreaming in Derse.
