I itch
And I scratch
And leave scars

I'm just gonna say that self harm comes in many different ways. The main one is cutting (which you've probably all heard of before) but what people don't realize is that self harm isn't just cutting it's anything you do to physically hurt yourself.
Which involves eating disorders!
