I told the world who I was
because I didn't wanna be afraid.
But now they use who I am against me as if I'm the one to blame.I told the truth to them
but they never cared
They said,
"Express yourself how ever you want.
As long as you do it when I'm not there"Then they tell me not to be afraid
Of the hurtful words.
The cursing,
The screaming,
The awful scars and bruisesOn my body
In my mind.i don't feel safe.
...
In a world where you're taught that you can be just about anybody.
That you can be whatever you want.Well, guess what?
Some people don't get to choose
Some people are brought into this world expected to go one way or the other.
But I went every direction.
...
So, don't you dare tell me
that I can be whatever I want.cause I didn't want this.
.
I didn't want to be this way.And I remember trying so hard to change it.
to push these feelings I had way down deep
but no matter how hard I tried they kept resurfacing. So, I just learned to accept it
and think you should too.
.
Cause it's about damn time
that you learned that people can't change who they are because one person is upset.I stopped trying to change myself
So when will you learn to stop trying to change me?

Honestly, I'm not really sure what this is.My art teacher told me to build my life story but not using paper or pencil so I did this.
I wrote about how I've struggled so hard and became this way.
And just how people make me so angry sometimes, I guess. If you like this or feel my emotions through it, please tell me in the comments
As well as if I should hand in a video of me saying this poem to my art teacher.
