Settling into military life

The army gave me orders to report to a military base in Georgia. Martin and I arrived, receiving a key to a house on the military base. I would say to duty as he stayed home, taking his classes. It was an adjustment for us, but we were ready.

As I reported to duty, Martin took care of things around the house. I think he enjoyed staying home. The problem is you had a few spouses that enjoyed taking advantage of it. Martin is an attractive man, but he had eyes for only me and put the women in their place.

I also threaten to teach them what I learned in basic, especially when I caught a woman in our house with Martin. I arrived home to find her putting the make on him.

I cleared my throat. The woman stopped and turned to me with her tits practically hanging out.

"I'm going to go. Call me if you need anything, Martin," she said, seductively as I arched an eyebrow at her.

"I don't think so. I would advise not coming back," Martin told her.

She looked at him and scoffed, then started to leave with I stopped her. "Do you mind?" She asked me.

"I do. You're in my home, trying to fuck my husband, and if you come back, I will drop you," I informed the woman as she glared at me.

"I'd like to see you try," she spat as she took a swing at me and I dropped her in five seconds flat as I held a knee into her back and her arm behind her.

"Ow, you're hurting me," she yelled.

"I warned you. I will let you go and don't come back," I ordered the woman as I released her. She got up and ran out of the house as the screen door slam shut behind her. I turned around and looked at Martin.

"Okay, that was hot," he mentioned as I shook my head at him.

"What was Slutty Sue doing here?" I asked him.

"She thought she could catch a ride," Martin groaned as I chuckled.

"How is that working out for the ladies?" I asked him.

"Terrible for them, awesome for me because I get to be with my hot wife," he said as he pulled me to him. I wrapped my arms around his neck as he kissed me.

Cheating is an issue in the military because of deployment and loneliness. I trusted Martin, and he believed me. We went through a lot to get to where we are and refuse to let anyone destroy it.

The woman reported Kelsey to her commanding officer for what she did in the house to that woman. Her commanding officer reprimanded her but found out the woman was making her rounds to different military personnel. The army kicked the woman off the base.

Having a spouse in the military is hard enough, but it's difficult when others are interfering with your relationship. Kelsey is my wife and one I pledged to be faithful to no matter what.

I focused on my online classes while she was serving duty, and when she came home, we spent time together. It was nice to have the time with her. I know there will be times that the army deploys her and we'll be apart until then I was going to enjoy every minute with her.

It had been a year since we've been living on base, then I got orders, transferring me to another base. Martin and I packed up, hiring a moving company to move us to the new location.

The army had promoted me to Private Second Class. Martin and I celebrated my promotion while settling into our new home. I turned nineteen, and he turned twenty.

Military life was okay, but eventually, it would end. Martin understood how important it was for me to serve. I wanted to defend our constitution and provide freedom to people. He worked at getting his degree so that he could open a web-based design company. We managed for the most part.

While I continued to serve, the army promoted me as we moved when my orders came in for me. Both of us got used to moving around and ended up moving thirteen times over the next three years. Martin got his degree, and I was nearing the end of my duty.

We also decided to adopt and contacted an adoption agency to be put on a waiting list. The issue we ran into was when the agency discovered I was transgender. Most agencies refused to work it us, and it left us with hopelessness that we would never have a family.

When my time in the military ended, they handed me papers for reserve duties. I would be in the reserves for the next two years, which meant if war broke out during that time frame, I had to report back to duty. With being discharged, that said we had to move out of military housing and into the private house.

Dad and Mom helped with securing us a house, offering to loan us the money. We accepted and put a down payment on a home. Since I was technically still active, Martin started getting clients to create a web design for their companies.

I still hoped for a family.

We moved into a two-bedroom house for the moment. It wasn't anything fancy, but it worked for us. Kelsey has to report once a month for duty to fulfill her requirements in the reserves. My business was starting. Her parents helped us out, but we didn't want to rely on them regularly.

We also had to face the fact that having a family was challenging to obtain. I saw the look on Kelsey's face when adoption agencies denied us. She chose to be happy, and they decided to deny her a chance to have a family. We tried surrogacy, offering my sperm, but the same thing happened. The minutes they found out Kelsey is transgender, they backed out of the agreement.

Does anyone have any idea what it's like to want a family, and they deny you? The people use the fact of someone being different from using that as a reason. It sucks. So many kids need homes, and we could provide it, yet they turn us down every time. All we wanted was a family, and it wasn't going to happen.

That was our way of thinking until we received an urgent phone call one day from Baxter.
