I stared at myself in the tiny bathroom mirror while I struggled to find a way to put on the large red hoodie that was brought for me to wear. These weren't my clothes, therefore I had no bra and no shirt, just the hoodie. I crunched up the hem of the hoodie and attempted yet again to slide it over my head, only to once again be met by pain. Raising my arms so high was a struggle just as much as fitting my head through the hole, painlessly, was. I stood in silence for a moment as the cloth draped over my face. My bare body exposed besides the small grey shorts and white nike socks. A muffled voice spoke from outside the door. "She's getting dressed and then we'll be leaving, I'll let you guys know when we're close!" It was Mars and he was on the phone with someone. He seemed happy. Not wanting to bother him, I let out a deep breath and began to try at the task once more only to get the same result. In frustration, I jerked the hoodie off and took a step back feeling a cold hard object on my back. Turning around I was met by a white sink staring back at me. Flicking my eyes around the room a metal tub caught my eye as well. "Fuck..." I whispered to myself as scenes of blood and bees over took my mind causing a wave of nausea to fall over me. My anxiety heightened and I slid down in a corner pulling my knees to my chest. "Please, make it stop!" I exclaimed while beginning to sob uncontrollably. My hands gripped my ears as the loud buzzing from my dream returned. No matter how hard I pushed on my ears the sound only got louder. It's all in my head...It's because it's all in my head.

"Lu, are you okay?" A voice on the other side of the door let out, followed by a few knocks. I didn't answer. Suddenly the door swung open and a large figure was kneeling at my side. "No! Don't touch me!" I stated while pushing his embrace away only to be hugged tightly and caressed as I calmed down significantly with a few ragged breaths.I was embarrassed. I don't want to have to constantly be held by him just to feel okay and now what? I won't even be able to wash my hands or take a shower without having some type of episode? My life didn't fall apart in this last week though, It just got worse.

After a while of silence, I spoke into his chest, "I can't get the fucking hoodie on.." He chuckled lightly and pulled back. He stared for a moment at my unclothed top half that was covered only by my knees before standing up. He undid his quarter zip all the way and then stepped towards me."Here.." He said taking it off exposing his body as well. His hair fell messily from the action and he shook it slightly for comfort. Helping me up, he stood in front of me while gently placing the clothing over me. My arms slipped from covering my chest to going into the large warm sleeves. He stared as his hands grazed my sides as he pulled it down fully. "Thank you.." I said while staring down at the chains that draped from his pants. He zipped up the zipper halfway and just nodded his head in response. He quietly picked up the red hoodie, slipping it over his head, leaving the hood on. He was no longer facing me. "You ready?" He asked looking back at me over his shoulder. I stared at him, examining every inch of his presence. His wild curls poked out at the edges of the hood, his blue eyes standing out. The hoodie fit him perfectly, not too tight but not too loose. His dark skater pants fit snug as they hung low on his hips, chains dangling along with his keys poking out of one of the pockets. His long white socks and white slip on Vans matched perfectly. He looked really good, maybe perfect. He smirked and let out a puff of air through his nose, "Come on."

I smiled to myself and followed him out of the room, watching as he dug through the bag he brought. Pulling out a pair of shoes and shades. "Sit down." He said while still focusing on the velcro vans in his hands. He slipped the left shoe onto my foot and pulled the velcro strap closed. Then did the same to the other. I currently had on a dark forest green quarter zip, small tight grey shorts, white nike socks and black velcro vans. I stood up quickly and thanked him again. "Slow down!" He said while laughing. I rolled my eyes and watched him once more. He packed the bag and zipped it, putting it on across his body. He stuffed his phone into his pocket and looked up at me, "They're making you use the wheel chair..." He said as he gestured to the black and silver chair next to the door. I frowned, "I can walk.." I said trying to get out of it. "Not my rules, now sit!"

I eased into the chair and positioned my feet into the holders. He went to the door, propping it open, then came back to roll me out. It was brighter in the hallway so I put on the round leapord print shades that also weren't mine. I giggled to myself at Mars' fashion sense and looked around slowly. "Be safe, remember take it easy!" The doctor said while looking up from a clipboard momentarily. I smiled and waved at nurses until we finally made it to the elevator. He pushed the garage button and stood next to me while leaning on the chair. "They don't have a 13th floor..." I stated while looking up at him. After a moment he looked down at me and smiled slightly, "It's bad luck.." I chuckled and lightly touched the 14th floor button, "Technically..this is still the 13th." The doors opened and he pushed me out into the musky warmth of the hospital garage. I could feel the heat of his body as he whispered quietly into my ear, "Well god bless the 14th floor."
