"I'm really fine." I said the same words for the tenth time today but my Dad won't have it. "Please Dad? I want to go home. I'm totally fine."

"The doctor said you were dehydrated because of the fever." He said while gently laying my back down on the bed. "Just one more day. It wouldn't hurt to stay here for one more day, would it?"

"Besides, I already talked to your school and they said it's okay for you to have a few more days out of school so you can rest." Dad added and I finally gave up. "Why are you so eager to get back to school anyway? You've never shown this enthusiasm before.."

"I'm just bored." I lied. All I can think about the whole day is going to practice. We have a game coming in two days. I can't be here, relaxing and getting vitamins through IV fluids.

"Sydney said she'll come by after school today." My Dad said as he gave me apple slices on a small plate.

"Give me a call if there's anything you want, okay?" Dad gave me a kiss on the forehead then he picked up his bag to go back to work.

He works an average 9 to 5 job. I know he hated it but that's what being an adult is. You have to make sacrifices but he doesn't have to. He can always quit his job and do what he loved doing. I want him to be happy.

An hour later, I was getting bored trying to find a decent channel on TV so I turned to my trusty phone, wondering if there are funny memes to laugh at on Facebook. I know. Sometimes I question my choice of entertainment too. Even Sydney thinks it's stupid but hey, memes are funny.

A text notification blinked on the screen of my phone while I was scrolling down on my isntagram feed. It was a text from the person I least expected;

I held in a smile as I sent the text but soon realized that I sent a reply too quick. Shit, now he's going to think I'm waiting all day for him to text me. He's not going to think that way, right? But I was really obvious! Oh God. I wanted to chuck my phone across the bed but can't because my Dad will not buy me a new phone if it breaks. I stared at the screen of my phone. He's taking awhile to reply. He's probably in class now.

I waited and waited but he never replied to my last message. I hate him. I hate it that I'm still waiting for his messages. I feel so angry so I shoved my phone under my pillow and distracted myself with something else so I wouldn't think of him but the minute I hear a notification, I jump so fast to get my hands on my phone then feel like an idiot afterwards because it wasn't him.

A knock came on the door. I already knew who it was. I could hear their loud voices from the hallway, especially, Min Yoongi's voice. His voice just stand out from everyone else's in a weird, annoying way. I don't know. It pisses me off but I love his sassy ass.
