Welcome everyone to the final installment of The Goblin's Trilogy!
Just like with the two previous books, I will be keeping a weekly update schedule. I will post new chapters on Fridays before midnight Eastern Standard Time. Sometimes I run late, but I will have it posted before my head hits the pillow that night unless I've stated otherwise. If for some reason I won't be able to post a chapter that week or something's come up where I need to postpone it, I will let you know in a board message and within the book itself so that hopefully no one will miss the memo.
I am beyond excited about this book. I've been dreaming of it for ages and now I finally get to write it. In book one, all of the focus was on Matilda as she got accustomed to living with goblins and falling in love with one. In the second, there was a slight shift focusing on Matilda's children, her struggle to not only return home to them but protect them as a goblin queen must. In the third, while it will be told from Matilda's point of view, it is entirely about the children Matilda and Knut have raised now coming into their adulthood. Who have they become, who can they still become and how will this new shift in power affect Matilda and the empire as a whole?
Who will become king and who will become ashes?
It's time to find out.
