I was roaming the streets of Georgia and had no idea where I was. I had tears streaming down my face and a throbbing headache. I had just walked past a Gas Station which shone a light on my face.
"Aye you good?" Someone called
"Yeah." I nodded proceeding to walk
"No you not." They called running over to me
"I'm just tryna go home man so just leave me alone."
"I'll make you feel better." He smiled walking beside me
"Dude go!"
"Naw I think you gotta come with me." He said wrapping his arm around my shoulders
"No!"
His grip got tighter and I got more nervous.
"Ayo get off her man!" I heard X's voice say
"Leave." I said to him sternly
"Naw he got his hands on you and you told him no!" He yelled
"You put your hands on me and you didn't tell me anything."
"Look I'm sorry I just didn't know how you felt and I didn't want to make it awkward."
"Like this isn't awkward." I laughed
"You know what I mean."
"Look I'm going to call my brother and they can pick me up. So just leave me alone."
"She told you man!" The guy said
"You wanna fight?" X said bucking at him
"Honest to god if y'all touch each other I'm finna whoop you myself and I got a attitude so it it'll be 20 times worst then yo mamas."
They didn't say anything after that so I hit up Clarence.
C: What's up Elle you good
E: Naw me and X got in a fight and I need a ride home
C: Physical?
E: No I'll tell you when you here
C: Alright send me your location I'm on my way
E: Aight
I ended the call and immediately sent him my location.
"Why are y'all still here? Go!"
"I'm not leaving. Until your ride get here." X said in a 'not up for discussion' tone
"You really gotta go!" I said looking at the other guy
"Aight cause I know he finna die anyway."
I tried to hold my laughs in and watched him walk away. I sighed and sat on the curb until Clarence."
"Elle-"
"Don't."
I went on my phone and scrolled through social media.
"Eleanor I'm so sorry. Please don't quit. Can you just take a week off and come back I need you, not just cause your my manager but I like having you around. We don't gotta do no relationship shit but please."
"Fine. But I need a week and 2 days." I said with my petty self
"Done."
I texted Clare to see how far he was from me. He said 20 minutes (Ik that super unrealistic but just go with it) I sighed in boarded and realized there was a gas station right behind me. So I got up and went inside. I went to the candy isle and grabbed almost one of each.
I walked over to the counter and set everything down. The cashier stared at me and I bucked at him making him flinch. He started to scan everything and as I look outside I see our van pull up. Ok so I have 8 brothers plus myself which is nine so we all bought a car that could fit all of us in it, it was a big black Mercedes van. I tapped my finger anxiously waiting for the guy to finish bagging my stuff. He finally finished and I snatched my bag and headed to the car. But before I got in I turned around facing X.
"And uh, can I need you to pay me for the time I'm off because-"
"Fine."
"Thank you."
I got in the car and they all were staring at me.
"You good?" Trey asked
"Gimme a sec." I said waking my seat
"What happened?" Clarence asked
"Long story short, I-"
"What the duck happened to your thigh?!" Tristan asked
I remembered; when he didn't get my cake pop I slapped his thigh and he slapped mine back.
"Nothing. We was just playing."
"Eleanor you don't play like that and he definitely shouldn't have been putting his hands on you." Josh said
"Ok well it doesn't matter anymore I'm taking a break."
"From working?"
"Yeah."
"So tell us what happened."
"Ok so, I said something serious while I was drunk and he didn't tell so now I feel stupid and embarrassed."
"What did you say?" Armon asked
"I don't wanna say."
"Elle we're you brothers, if you can't tell us who can you tell?" Russle stated
"No one." I pouted
"Elle."
"Ok I told him I had feelings for him!"
"And you didn't remember that you did?" Clarence asked
"No! And I even asked him if I said anything important and he said I was too drunk to talk, so he just had me feeling like everything was ok when it wasn't. And then he thought that I'd date him cause he said he had feelings too but then I was like no and I don't have any feelings anymore and he said I was lying and then he practically called me naive saying did I not know how feelings work especially with him. I mean the nerve, talm bout especially with him fuck outta here." I ranted
They all had mixed expressions on their faces.
"Aren't ya'll gonna say sum?"
"I mean I've been in a relationship before, and feelings don't just go away I get that you're new to this and don't understand but, it's the truth." Trey spilled
"Oh so y'all think I'm stupid and naive too?" I asked tilting my head to the side
"No it's not that it's just, we feel like this is your first time you know falling for somebody." Clare said
"Whatever." I said putting in my headphones
Everyone wants to think I'm just a dumb little girl and I'm not, how do they know Jahseh's my first anything. But I just need to get home and go to sleep and stay asleep for the next few days.
What's up ya'll couldn't really update cause I got my stuff taken away cause I got in trouble, but my computer came back after it got fixed it Kentucky so yeah don't know when the next chapter will be out but go check out my other books. God knows I got plenty. Thx for reading. XXX
