In third grade I read the first book and went on from there. I loved it a whole lot. My parents had bought the whole book series and had them hidden in a cabinet for the longest time. I found them, and while every other book was a hard cover the first book was not. It was missing the first two pages and half of both the front and back cover. In response I became overly cautious about the book, the book never left my room. Until my brother took it without permission and now the spin is ripping in half. I had never been so angry with him In my life.
