Upon hearing this Eren felt sad. Why? Dose this mean I will I never see him again?  "Do you have to go? I want to learn more."

"Yes. I have to go." The man stood up wiping the sand off his tattered uniform. "But would it be a shame if we never saw each other again." Levi reached into his pocket and pulled out a chained-sliver pocket watch. "I realized that this somehow stayed in my pocket after my ship sank, but I want you to have it."

Eren's eyes sparkled as he saw the glittering object in front of him. "What is it?"

Levi smiled as if he realized something. "This is my promise to you that I will find you again." He kneeled down and held out the watch to him. Eren  eagerly took the watch.

Its small, but it has some weight to it. Hm? There's a something on the back. Eren flipped it over to see a large symbol with three words etched underneath. A pair of two large wings. Wait...what dose this say? Eren looked up at the handsome man. "What dose it say?"

He points at the words while he reads them. "Captain Levi Ackerman. It's my full title."

"Oh I see." Eren smiles as he spoke. "Levi Ackerman I shall accept your promise. In one years time we shall meet in this spot." As he spoke these words to Levi, he pushed himself back into the water.

Eren dived back into the water clenching the watch over his chest. W-what is this feeling. My chest hurts.

***One Year Later***

Eren once again escaped without the guards noticing, but this time taking the winged pocket watch. Levi I'm coming! Wait for me. Eren swam as fast as he could. It's been a full year since the teen had seen the man called Levi.

Eren could now see that the water was starting to get shallow. His tail brushed against the grainy sand. he peaked above the water, but Levi wasn't there. Maybe he's just late. Eren waited and waited, but Levi never came. The sun had set hours ago.

Did he forget? No, he promised. Something must have happened to him! I have to find him! Determined, Eren rushed back into the ocean. He knew his father would not help him so he went to the only one who can. The Oracle.

The oracle was someone you did not want to mess with, but at this point Eren did not care. All he knew is that he wished to be reunited with Levi. His chest hurt even thinking about the fact that he would not see him again.

Luckily the cave that the Oracle resided was not far away. Eren scurried inside. He shivered as he felt a large boney hand on his shoulder. He turned quickly to see the Oracle.

"Now what is the prince of the sirens doing in this part of the ocean?" The Oracle smiled revealing his broken and chipped teeth.

"I-I want you to give me legs." He scary. Okay, okay. Calm down. Let's just get this done and over with. Trying to be brave Eren turns the Oracle.

The Oracle entwined his finger and swam towards a bulge in the wall. He rests his hand on it and it started to crack. As if the wall was being peeled off. "If that's what you wish, but I should say there is a price." Inside the wall seemed to hold a turquoise drink. It looked as if it was glowing.
