{NIALL'S POV}

   *December 24th, 2014*

I had a bad feeling. A really, really bad feeling. Something wasn't right. Ever since Louis and his parent's had left, my stomach had been churning, and twisting. Something big was going to happen. I should have told Louis' parent's what he told me, that he wanted to still see Harry after everything that's happened. But I didn't. I-

"MAURA!!! MAURA HELP!!!" My thought's were cut off by a sudden pounding on the front door, causing me to jump. My mum came running in the room, peeking out of the curtain's.

"Jay?!" She ran to the door, throwing it open. Snow blew in from the snowstorm raging outside, and the wind whistled loudly. The door was closed as Jay and Mark stumbled in, Jay practically collapsing in my mum's arm's.

"What's going on? Where's Louis?" Mum asked frantically ushering them to the couch to sit down.

"We-We were about to get on our f-flight and Louis mumbled something about "n-not being able to this" and he just took off!!" Jay sobbed, tear's falling in stream's down her face.

"I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN HE WAS TRYING TO DO SOMETHING!! THAT BLOODY IDIOT!!" I yelled, slamming my mug on the coffee table. Tea sloshed out of it, but I didn't care. Everyone turned their head's to me.

"Niall what're you talking about?" Mum asked with wide eye's. I ran a shaking hand through my hair, breathing in deeply.

"I-I don't know...He said something about needing to see Harry again, and he wanted me to help him. But I told him no and he just got so angry and...I should have known he was going to try something..." Jay and Mark looked at each other with wide eye's.

   "St. Lomans." [The mental hospital]

{LOUIS' POV}

   *December 24th, 2014*

I stumbled wearily along the sidewalk, the snow raging down. I only had a thin jacket on, and as you guess, that didn't offer much protection from the cold. I cupped my hand's over my mouth, blowing on them and rubbing them together; trying for any type of warmth. I squinted my eye's as I tried to see through the snow. I stopped.

"Diana?!" I called over the loud wind's.

   "Louis is that you?!"

"Yea!!" I pushed on through the snow, the blob I saw in the distance now becoming more clear.

"What're you doing out here?" I asked her. She scoffed.

"I should be asking you the same thing. I thought you were flying back to Doncaster with your parent's tonight?"

"I need to see him..." She stared at me, eye's searching my face.

"Even after everything he's done to you?" She asked quietly.

   "I love him..."

"C'mon then!" A determined look crossed her face and she grabbed my hand, pulling me in the direction I had just came from.

   "W-What?"

"I'm helping you see him. You obviously don't know where you're going. You were heading away from the hospital." She laughed pulling me along. I laughed quietly, allowing her to lead me down the street.

"What were you doing out here anyway?"

"I just got off work, and I was on my way home."

"Oh I'm sorry...I'm sure you'd rather be home than out in the cold help-"

   "You know what Louis?"

     "What?"

"I'd take helping you any day."

"I'll wait out here for you."

"Diana you don't have to do that I'm-" She cut me off with a wave of her hand, plopping down on one of the waiting room chair's. I sighed, defeated. I walked up to the front desk, hand's stuffed into my jacket pocket's. An older woman glanced up from her computer with a smile.

   "How may I help you?"

"I'm here to see Harry Styles."

I was taken to a large visitor room with a window that you could see the hallway through. I had been sitting here for about ten minute's now, nothing but the nervous tapping of my foot to keep my company. I ran a shaking hand through my hair, squeezing my eyes shut.

"LOUIS!!!" I jumped at the yell, then flinched at a sudden pounding on the window. I turned my head to the side, my wide blue eye's meeting green.

"LOUIS!!!" I jumped from my seat and ran to the door, throwing it open.

"NO!!!" I froze, two male nurse's were holding onto a struggling Harry, who struggled even more when he saw me in the doorway. I started to run towards him.

   "Sir stay back."

"Just let me talk to him for a minute."

"He needs to go to first aid." That's when I saw the blood covering his arm. I felt woozy all of a sudden. I couldn't stand the sight of blood. Especially if was coming out of someone I loved.

"Oh god..." I muttered, squeezing my eye's shut. Then, I collapsed.
