After the police showed up, we left for the Pokemon Center. When we got there, we immediately went to our room. Lenora sat us on our beds and she sat at the table with Brittany. Before saying anything though, she let out Watchog.
"Check around and seeing anyone can hear," Lenora said. Watchog nodded and walked out of the room.
"Can I ask what this is for?" I asked.
"Wait until Watchog gives the heads up," Lenora said.
After a few more minutes of waiting, Watchog came back and gave Lenora a thumbs up. "Chog!"
"Great, now about HOU," Lenora started. "It's an acronym for one of the most secret organizations in the world. It stands for Heroes of Unova."
"Heroes of Unova? Wait, is that why the Sage called us heroes?" I asked.
"Probably. You guys seem to have done a really good job protecting Unova, and you didn't even know who you were helping," Lenora said.
"Who is all in it?" Travis asked.
"All the gym leaders of Unova, the Elite Four, Alder, the champion, myself, and Herbert," Brittany answered.
"Herbert?" I asked.
"Yep. He too protected Unova from war. In his case it was between truths and ideals, but yours...yours is much bigger than that. Already Team Plasma has had to resort to nuclear lengths, thank you very much Brittany," Lenora said.
"No problem," she replied with a smile.
"Anyway, all of the Heroes have noticed you guys, and they want you to become a part of us. Don't worry, we won't interrupt your journey at all, we'd just like you guys to stop Team Plasma whenever you happen to come across them," she said.
I thought about this for a minute, because at this point I couldn't register a thing. So there was an organization named the Heroes of Unova who saw us as these Heroes and they want us to join them? Sounds about right. How hard was that? Now I had to think about the consequences of joining. My parents, of course, probably wouldn't let me join, but this was a choice I was going to make. Myself, along with my friends if they want to join. I looked over at them, and they at me. Granted we hadn't done much, really, but enough to get noticed. I thought about the consequences if we didn't though. They could lose the region if we didn't join. What kind of people would we be then? My friends smiled. They saw something in my face that told them...
"We'll do it."
"Really? Great!" Brittany said. "Though I don't know why I'm excited, I knew you'd say yes."
"How could you possibly know that?" Sophia asked.
"Nevermind that. You guys are finished in Nacrene. Almost," Lenora said.
"Almost?" Tori asked.
"Travis's gym battle," I said.
"Aren't the badges destroyed?" Tori asked.
"What was it do you think Team Plasma was after?" Lenora smiled.
"The gym badges!" I realized, or so I thought.
"No, the thing protecting the gym badges," Brittany said. "Team Plasma is trying to get ahold of future technology. The glass cases aren't actually glass. They are really transparent fibers that are indestructible. Even my Sonic Lipstick can't get through it."
"They can't get into it without me, but it's possible they could override the small system. So first we need to find the glass case and take the badges out of them. They have a few hostages that they've been saying they'd give them up if we gave them the case," Lenora said. I remembered there was a second case in Tori's side of the field.
