I had to choose.
Be with mommy and work through it together. Or...Leave her because she broke rules and didn't love me.
I'm torn into two. I love her with everything in me. I crave for her attention, but am I not enough?Or am I too much?
I'm staring at the dress Ms Sandy picked out if I were to go out there.
But do I want to? Do I want to go back to someone who hurt me?Who didn't love me?
Or is she someone who does love me. And cares for me. And wants me around more?
As I continue with the pros and cons, I can hear my heart beating loudly. I can feel my anxiety levels rising.
I stand up and pace back and forth as my mind and heart make their decision.
I walk down the hall in my sweats and T-shirt, hair in a messy bun and reach the door.
I turn the knob and pull the door. She turns around and smiles at me.
"I thought you weren't gonna come."
I sighed.
"I wasn't, but then I realized that I love you and I would like to give this one more chance."
She nodded softly.
"But mark my words Rosanne.. if you ever do something like this ever again.. I won't hesitate on leaving."
She nodded quickly, "I understand."
"Good. Now-"
I sat down and she followed.
"I think we need to revise the rules.. before I slip back I would like to talk rules with you."
She nodded and sighed lightly.
"Okay. What would you like to change or add."
I crossed my legs and looked at her.
"Well first, I would like for a new rule which states that you MUST take me to work with you, even if I refuse."

Okay. I've been super duper happy and excited for this book.
