"What the hell is the bruiser academy?" I say to her

Grayson is now standing behind me wondering what the hell is happening.

"We aren't any kinds of cops or anything so can we come in to sit down and talk?" The pretty blond lady says rolling her eyes

"Where's your proof" Grayson says opening the door a little more and standing beside me

She reaches in her pocket and pulls out a gun. She points it at one of the men beside her and shoots. The guy falls to the floor. Dead

"You think a cop would do that?" She asks

"Come in" I say opening the door fully so she and the other man can come in. Grayson pulls in the dead body from the front door, inside.

Jasmine POV

"So how's Eric doing" Jackson says nudging my shoulder playfully

"Shut up Jackson. It's not like you're not after a certain girl" I say smirking at him

"We're just friends. Ava does not see me like that" he says to me sadly

Jackson has liked Ava since he first saw her 3 years ago. I mean I get why. Ava is this really pretty girl with flowing dirty blond hair and grey eyes. She has the perfect body and she is so nice. Her perfectly straight white teeth light up an entire room when she's in it. She's caring and I find it so cute how Jackson turns red around her.

Ava starts to walk over to us and I see Jackson stiffen up. I whisper "stay cool" to him and he relaxes a little. He fixes his shirt just as she comes and stands next to us. I giggle at how nervous he is.

"Hey guys" she says smiling.

"Hey Ava" I say

Jackson just stands there staring at her with his piercing blue eyes.

"Hey Ave" he says biting his lip.

She looks down and blushes and she tucks a strand of her golden hair behind her ear.

"So we're finally here. I'm so excited. I hear that we get to work on a big project." She says

"What kind of project" I ask

"They're still gonna tell us" Jackson says

Right as he said that the two big red doors in the front of the room open. There is a crowd of people so I can't see exactly who walked in. Until they come to the center of the room .

Felinity Zyce and The Dolan twins stand there along with a body guard. Grayson's eyes scan the room and they land on me. He looks at me up and down and I look down. I feel a hand on my arm and look and see Jackson.

"Is that them?" He whispers

I nod my head not breaking eye contact with Grayson. I see Ethan looking at me too. He looks like he did in the simulation. Except he was more mature looking and his hair was black and styled. They both just had more scars which I think just made them hotter.

Felinaty sees us and starts to walk over, Ethan and Grayson behind her.

"Hey guys this is Ethan and Grayson. Jasmine you probably already know them" Felinity says

Wow thanks for that

"She does?" Ethan asks looking at me

"She used to be a big fan of your YouTube videos" Felinity says quickly realizing her mistake.

"Oh that's cool" Grayson says

Little do they know, we don't have much access into the outside world. Other then when we're undercover or the weekends when we go out to clubs and party.

"What are they doing here?" I ask

"They are going to be apart of this project. We could use some of their help to train you guys. So they are your mentors along with your team mates." Felinity says

I look over to Ethan. He was looking at me up and down biting his lip.

He made eye contact with me and gave me a smirk.

I saw Grayson eyeing Ava and her giggling and blushing as Felinity speaks. I look over and see Jackson giving Grayson the death stare as his hands clench in fists.

I grab Jacks arm and tighten my grip on it. He looks down at me and I give him a look telling him to calm down.

"Okay so follow me and I'll show you who we're up against." Felinity says walking towards a back room

We walk down a dark hallway and Jackson holds my hand because he knows how afraid I am of the dark. I grab his hand and my heart picks up.

I'm not afraid of the dark. Im afraid of the things that have happened in the dark.

Annoying since I hate being afraid. Jackson is the only one who knows about my past. Well the parts of my past that people didn't see in my fear simulations.

I breath and return back to my regular state. I feel Ethan's eyes piercing into the back of my head. Or my ass?

I find myself purposely swaying my hips intentionally.

I feel a hand place gently on my ass and Ethan appear next to me.

"Fuck you need to stop doing that baby girl" he whispers in my ear

"Why?" I ask him

"Cause then I'll have to fuck the shit out of you, and I don't think your little boyfriend over there will like that" he says sending chills down my spine

"He's not my boyfriend" I say to Ethan moving his hand off my ass

"You guys seem pretty close" he says clenching his jaw and giving Jackson the death stare

"He's my best friend. Basically my brother" I say to Ethan

He doesn't say anything for a couple of seconds

He looks straight ahead and smirks before speaking

"Good"
