Simple Chemistry

The bell rings and I walk to my class. Shit I'm late. Whatever it's my first day I'll be fine. I walk to the classroom door and knock.

"Hi Can I help you?" She says

"I'm the new student?" I say as if it was a question

"Oh right of course come on in" she says opening the door fully and stepping away so I could step in.

I look around the room and I see Ethan sitting at the back. Everyone sitting away from him. I see Grayson sitting in front of him with his girlfriend Mackenzie. They're still dating?!

"Before you sit down can you tell us a little bit about yourself Cloe?" Mrs Davis asks

Great

"Ya totally. Um well hi, I'm Cloe Manro. I have two amazing dads who are really crazy but in a good way. I um live dogs and uhhhh the colour black. And just don't get on my bad side and we're cool." I say looking directly at Mackenzie with a cold stare.

"Thank you Cloe, you may have a seat wherever you please. The only seats available were at the back near Ethan. He smirked at me. I go over and sit next to him and everyone in the class gives me wide eyes and they gasp. What happened.

"Is she seriously sitting near Ethan Dolan"

"She might just be as crazy as him"

"That girl has some balls"

I hear people whisper everywhere. I look over at Ethan who looks completely unphased as he plays candy crush on his phone. I sit down next to him and he looks up at me for a second and smirks but then looks right back down to his phone.

"Mr. Dolan get of your phone" the teachers yells at Ethan. He looks up and just gives the teacher a death stare until he finally put his phone in his pockets and props his elbows up on top of the desk.

"Sorry suger" he says with a cocky smile. This boy. I roll my eyes at him and mutter asshole under my breath.

"What did you just say?" He asks me

I roll my eyes and turn to him.

"I called you an asshole" I say with a smirk

The whole class Oo's and Aa's.

I just tilt my head and smile at him waiting for a response. His smirk fades and it's replaced my a look of anger

"Ur so lucky I don't hit girls" he whispers in my ear.

"And your so lucky I don't either" I say back. He look taken back. He places and awkward smirk on his face and slumps back in his seat embarrassed.

"Ok students take note that the seat you are sitting in will be your permanent spot and your table partner will be your science partner this semester." The teacher says

You gotta be fucking with me.

30 minutes later

Ethan looks at me and smirks. He places his hand on my bare thigh and starts to move it up. I lean onto the desk with my elbows. He can tell that I'm obviously not comfortable.

"Stop *sigh* Ethan " I say in between breaths quietly.

"Are you sure you want me to" he whispers seductively into my ear.

I close my eyes and bite my lip. His hand was now in my pants, tracing the lace patterns on my underwear. I squeeze my legs shut but his hand stops me

Ding ding ding

He gets startled and removes his hand. Thank god. I quickly grab my bag and run out of the room. Ya that was not Ethan. No what the hell am I doing. I don't like this Ethan. Something about him I don't like. He's unpredictable and that scares me. But I can't say it doesn't interest me. Why did he change so much. He was perfect before.. and now it's like the whole world flipped upside down.

I walk around to my locker and I see a crowd huddled around two people.

"Wow Grayson, Your such an ass and you think u can just break up with me just like that!!" Mackenzie says snapping her fingers and yelling at Grayson.

Grayson looked so tired and done. He rolled his eyes and said
"I've always wanted to break up with you! YOU'RE CONTROLING AND OVERDRAMATIC AND SO SNOBBY AND SPOILED! AND UR UNFAITHFUL AS FUCK! SO YES IM FUKIN BREAKING UP WITH YOU!" He yells at her. Everyone looks shocked. Grayson Dolan just snapped

Ethan came up from behind him and held his shoulders and whispered something into his ear. Grayson suddenly looked a thousand times more angry. Until he speaks up to no one in particular
