Tucker was in the kitchen with Danny. Tuck was labling his food just like he said he would. Then he gives Danny the I-told-you face. Ben walks out of his room all dressed for work.

"Hey, guys. I have to pull a shift tonight." Ben said while tying his tie.

"You couldn't get someone to cover for you?" Said Tuck.

"That would have been a good idea. To late now."

"No way." Danny said. "We are not watching over you kid."

"Well see ya bro." Ben holds the door open as Tuck runs out with him and Danny trys to catch up. "Thank you, bro."

"How does this keep happening to me?" Danny said then looked at Emma.

At work at the bar, Ben is showing Riley his cool skills of shaking beers. She claps when he's done.

"That was impressive." Riley said. "who says you don't have skills?"

"I think that was you?" Ben said. "Riley, what am I suppost to do?"

"Well," Riley started. "Theres not very much you can do intill Angela comes back. But I think you should talk about the elephant in the room. Which for once isn't me." Ben let out a laugh. "How much do you want to be involved?"

"I don't know what I want. Last year I was doing contruction. Before then I was waiting tables, now I'm flipping bottles. I haven't figured me life out let. Now you."

"What does that mean?" Riley shrugs.

"Oh come on. College, law school, this tranformation. You see what you want and you go for it."

"Yeah." Then she whispers, "Not always." She takes a drink of water and ice falls down her shirt. "Oh, ice down my bra." Then she tells him. "Look, I'm sorry for sitting on you head all those times."

Bens phone rings and he answers it ignoring Riley. "Angela's back." Then he turns to a worker. "I'm on break man." Then he runs out fast.

" 'I'm sorry I sat on you head.'" Riley says. "Smooth move, fatpants."

Back at the house when Ben opens up the door to see Danny standing in the kitchen with Emma straped onto the baby seat they wrap on his chest. "Danny, where's Angela?"

"First off," Danny points at Emma. "She woke up the baby. And second she asked me to give you that note. "He points to a table.

Ben closes the door. "You let her leave?"

"Oh, I'm sorry." Danny says sarcastically. "But I was a little occupied raising your child. Look at the note, I think you'll be happy."

Ben opens the note with a letter. "There adoption papers. She's giving Emma up for adoption and she needs me to devancrice my rights. If I sign these I'm not a father any more."

"Pretty awesome right?" Said Danny. "And your not the only one who's excited." He grabs Emma's hands and claps them going whoo whoo.

Later the after noon Ben was still diciding whether he should sign the papers. "So I sign these and Emma's got a new family?"

"Pretty much," Riley told him. "The letter says they already got a faimly lined up."

The door knocks. Ben goes to answer it. "Okay, if I do this, if I let her go, i don't wanna hear about it. I never want to talk about it again." Everyone nods at Ben. Ben turns from them to open the door.

It's his mother, Bonnie Wheeler. "Where is my specail little grandbaby?"

"Mom, what are you doing here?" Ben asked annoyed while closing the door.

"I'm a grandma!" Bonnie said excitedly.

 "Hey Mom." Danny said.

Bonnie waved her hand infront of his face quieting out. She ran over to Emma.

"What is she doing here?" Ben told Danny. "Did you tell her?"

"Come on." Said Danny. "I didn't even tell her I was here."

Bonnie looked up from the baby. "Oh, I'll get to you." Danny backs up scared. She picks up Emma. "Oh hi. You are just a big pile of love."

"Yeah I really don't think thats love your smelling." Tucker said.

"Okay, who wants to explain to me I had to hear I was a grandma while getting my nails done?" Said Bonnie. "That Jennifer Pearron couldn't wait to let me have it. Ever sense that fat pants daughter of her's got in to law school-" Ben moves to reveal Riley behind him. "Oh hi Riley. Wow your so thin now you should wear a bell." Bonnie turns around and makes a opps face. Bonnie lifted up Emma's dress to reveal her dipper held together with duct-tape. "Oh, is this duct-tape?"

Everyone looks at Tucker. "We where having a closer issue."

"Oh what you couldn't find a stapler?" Bonnie said mad at Tucker.

Ben walked towards Tucker. "I can't sign those papers now. It's not gonna happen."

"Hey, don't worry about Mom.Your gonna do what you think is right." Danny told Ben.

"What papers?" Bonnie said from the couch.

Danny got up from his chair and walked towards the fridge, "Your on your own, bro."

Ben sighs and walks towards his mother. 'Mom. I have some news."

"Yeah, you knocked up some girl cause you didn't figure out the basics of birth control? We're pass that, hon." Bonnie told him.

 "Mrs. Wheeler... Bonnie." Said Tucker.

 "Really!"

"Mrs. Wheeler, Emma's Mom wants to give Emma up for adopion and to devoke Ben's right."

"Really?" Everyone nods. "So your thinking of giving up this little girl?"

"Yeah, I was thinking about it." Ben said.

 "Oh, good!"

"Goog? How is that good?" Ben said confused.

"Oh, Ben you don't know what the kind of sacrifice it takes to be a parent. When I married you father and I had you two I had to put my dreams on hold."

 "What dreams?" Ben questioned.

"Being single and childless." Bonnie said and everyone just looked at her. "Ben, honey. I love you but you can't raise this little girl. You aren't even done raising yourself. You can't cook. Your barely paying your bills, Ben, I still buy your pants." Everyone looks at Ben freaked out and Ben's just sitting there taking it. "This baby needs a grown up. You have to sign those papers." Ben is sad and confused. He loves Emma and dosn't want to give her up but his whole family tells him he can't do it so he dosn't believe in himself.
