Narrators POV:
By the time Deceit and Remy came to help, Logan lied on the ground unable to stand because his left leg from the mid-thigh down was mutilated. He groaned in agony. Above him was where Roman hung in a gruesome death.
Deceit was shocked and Remy had to look away.
"Logan! What happened to you?!" Deceit yelled.
"Help me first, and then I'll tell you!"
Remy timidly walked over to Logan's aid while Deceit helped him up quickly.
The trio start off when Remy spoke up.
"Guys, you remember what Roman said, right? He said that his hideout thingie was a tree. Or at least looked like it," he looked back at the dead tree in which Roman hung. "Could we try there first?" Remy asked pointing over to the tree.
Logan nodded.
"We could check for some secret door hidden from sight" Said Deceit.
The began their inspection.
The tree was a giant oak with a thick trunk and huge branches reaches out towards the sky and horizon. Despite having no leaves and Roman hanging around, it was a pretty tree. Deceit felt around for any buttons, doors, portals, and basically anything that will let them indoors. Then he felt a small handlebar made of the trees bark. It was very stiff, probably from years of no one touching it, and Deceit had to jiggle it for about two minutes before it finally turned and it opened. Inside was a red and gold rug with Romans logo on it. There was a round table made of the smoothest stone  held a small sketch pad opened to a random page filled with drawings of dragons, magical forests, and a sketch of Romans sword he used to have. The table was also overflowing with broken crayons and color pencils. Next to that was a medium sized futon buried in wool blankets and feathered pillows. On the opposite side of the room was a small kitchen with cabinets filled with ramen noodles. Surprisingly the kitchen was squeaky clean. Chinese lanterns of many colors lit up the room along with a giant jar of thousands of fireflies was being uncovered from palm tree leaves the moment Deceit opened the door.
The sight was breathtaking.
"Guys! I found the entrance!"
Logan and Remy trudged over to the only light they saw. They soon were astonished by Romans abode as well.
"I am thoroughly impressed with this." Logan admitted willingly.
They went in going in different directions.
A small robot suddenly came out of the blue and hovered to Logan.
"Hello! I am R-Bot. My sensors have picked up a severe injury. Let me help you recover."
Logan was pleasantly surprised. He didn't think that Roman could create electronic devices.
"Thank you." Logan responded.
Then Remy piped up.
"So what's next on the bucket list?"...
