Chapter 38: Break This Down

Heidi's POV

Mal: It's time to bring together. {I look at Mal who smiles seeing the barrier has been brought down once and for all.} Time for a brand new start. {I look out at the Isle knowing healing between the isle and Auradon has finally started.}

Uma: We gonna put it in mo-o-otion. Break down what keeps us apart. 

Mal and Uma: No more, no division we down. {Mal starts snapping her fingers.} New team, got the vision, unite. {I look across the bridge wondering what she is looking at.} So we stand, now we living marching. In the light, one two, one two like. I see you (You see me) {Mal points to herself before pointing out at the isle.} Imperfect (Perfectly) {I don't think I have ever seen Mal this happy before.} Face to face we can see clearly our similarities. {Unless you count her wedding day.} Like day and night, wrong or right. {Evie, Jay, and Carlos walk up next to Mal as they smile seeing everything they have ever wanted right before their eyes.} We come together for a good time.

Everyone: We're gonna break this down. {Ben comes up behind Mal.} We're gonna rock the town. {On one side you have Audrey and Chad and other side you have Doug and Jane.} Everyone all around. Let's be whoever like this. {Harry wraps his arms around me and kisses my head as I see the people from the isle starting to look at the bridge wondering if it is safe to really cross.} Stronger together like this. {Everyone starts making their way down from the balcony.}

Uma: Believing in second chances. {I see that people from the Isle are starting to make their way across the bridge.}

Heidi: And we're all starting today. {I carefully hand Henry to Wenda before grabbing Harry's hand in mine and smile up at him.}

Harry: Marching on in a new land. {Harry smiles back at me as he rises my hand up and places a kiss over my wedding ring.}

Heidi and Harry: Our world's a Better, a better place. {I start dragging Harry behind me as I start heading for the bridge.}

Evie: Welcome, the addition new love. {The VK's make their way down from the balcony.}

Carlos: Unity, new beginning for us. {They start making their way to the bridge.}

Jay: Harmony that's the mission marching. {We all start walking and end up meeting in the middle.}

Everyone: In the light, one two, one two like. {I let go of Harry's hand as I see the dark red hair of one of the people that I gave my word too.} I see you (You see me) {She has blue earrings in her ears, a dark red leather jacket on, a bright red dress on, a pendent with diamond on it, black knee high socks, and black high heeled boots.} Imperfect (Perfectly) {I run to her as the two of us share a huge hug. Her name is Mads, and she is the daughter of Madame Medusa.} Face to face we can see clearly our similarities. {I pull out of the hug to feel hands on my shoulder and as I turn around I see that it is Clay who I give a gently hug too.} Like day and night, wrong or right. {Clay is wearing a dark red suit jacket, yellow dress shirt, a light brown tie, dark brown dress pants, and red dress shoes.} We come together for a good time. {Everyone on the bridge starts dancing with each other.}

Everyone: We're gonna break this down. We're gonna rock the town. Everyone all around. Just be whoever like this. Stronger together like this. {We all start heading towards Auradon.} We reunited like this. {The people of Auradon start dancing in sync and me and the rest of the people of the isle start mimicking them and start dancing in sync.}

Everyone: Bringing it, bringing it, b-b-b-bringing it down. Bringing it, bringing it, b-b-b-bringing it down. Bringing it, bringing it, b-b-b-bringing it down. Bringing it, bringing it, b-b-b-bringing it down (Down!)

Harry and I run back into Auradon but as we turn around I see that Uma and the rest of the Isle kids are hesitant as to step foot over where the barrier used to end. Ben kneels and bows to Uma and rest of the villain kids as the rest of us in Auradon do the same, this is telling the kids of the Isle that they are more than welcome here in Auradon. Uma shouts for joy as her and the rest of the gang walk past the line and in to Auradon as official residents.

Everyone: We're gonna break this down (Break this down) {Soon enough people of Auradon are dancing with people from the Isle.} We're gonna rock the town (Oh, we're gonna rock this town) Everyone all around (Oh, around) Just be whoever like this (Come on!) Stronger together like this (Uh) We be united like this

Everyone: We're gonna break this down (Come on! We're gonna break this down) We're gonna rock the town (Come on, everybody on the isle gonna like this) Everyone all around (Oh, around) Just be whoever like this. Stronger together like this (Stronger together like this) We reunited like this (Hey!)

Everyone: Bringing it, bringing it, b-b-bringing it down. {Everyone starts celebrating as the Auradon kids start talking and getting to know kids from the Isle.}

Once the song is over I look over to see that even some of the adults have come from the isle to Auradon as their children or grandchildren is some cases run over to greet them. I see Jay and Gil talking about the adventures that they can't wait to go on. Harry and I walk over to Uma and Clay and start dancing with them, "Hey. Get it, girl." Uma says to me as we both give each other a friendly hug, "You know what? Mal and you really came through." Uma says smiling at me as the two of us pull out of our hug. "She always does when it matters most." Clay gets in between Um and I and stares at Mal, "So, she's definitely taken?" He asks as I look over at him and nod my head, "Definitely." I say as Clay looks down at me and Harry wraps his arm around my waist, "So is Heidi mate." Harry says in a dark tone of voice as Uma looks at Clay like he has lost his mind.

"What's my name?" Uma asks hitting Clay in the chest. Clay smiles down at her and looks deep into her eyes, "Uma." He says as he leans into kiss her but Uma backs away and hits him in the head before walking off leaving poor Clay all by myself, a sudden light bulb goes off in my head as I grab the hand of a girl that has a blue rose in her dirty blonde hair, and she might be someone that just might be prefect for Clay.

She is wearing yellow fish earrings with black stripes, a beautiful and flowy yellow dress with a blue belt around her waist, a necklace with a blue diamond pendent around her neck, and a pair of blue high heels that has an odd fish fin design on them. "Clay this is Flo, she is the daughter of Flounder." I say pushing Flo into Clay, "Hi." He says smiling at her as he looks into her eyes and gets her to blush. 

"Flo, this is Clay, he is the son of Clay Clayton." Flo tucks a loose strain of her hair behind her ear as, "Hi." She says doing a curtsy and Clay laugh as he takes her hand in his and spins her around only for Flo to pull him to away from us as the two goes off. I sigh seeing that everyone is happy and what makes me even happier is when I hear a certain voice from behind me, "Am I invited to this party?" I turn around to see my dad, "Hades?" Harry says a little sacred knowing that he might have to deal with my dad.
