Chapter 19: The Son Departure

Sarada POV

I woke up after being knocked up by that terrible genjutsu.

"What happened? Where's is him? There so much things happened here." Sarada thought while looking around her surrounding.

"I got to found Boruto now."

She stand up and followed the lead towards Boruto and Chikara.

-At the Battle-

Chikara was knocked unconscious will the final blow from Saruto. Boruto on the other hand, was exausted from using too many Chakra. Saruto then, walked closer towards his father.

"Are you okay Dad?"

"Yeah, I'm okay. Don't worry about it, I just used too much Chakra. That jutsu, Chidori. How did you master it?" Boruto asked him.

Saruto just smirk when hearing that.

"Chidori huh? Just assume that I mastered it like you mastered the Rasengan. I can't risk revealing about mom."

"Who teach you that jutsu? Only Sasuke-Sensei and Sixth Hokage can use that jutsu right now."

"Mom taught me about this jutsu. But I'm not gonna say who is she."

"Oh come on, please tell me about my future wife."Boruto asked his future son.

"Alright fine, just a hint. You promised to protect her, almost forever I think?"

Our of nowhere, Sarada came rushing towards Boruto.

"Boruto, are you alright?"she asked him.

"Yeah I'm alright" he said while trying to stand up.

Instead, he slipped and almost fell again. Luckily Sarada are there to catch him.

Saruto on the other hand just smile to see both of them.

"What a perfect couple you two make. Like in the one in the future." Saruto said to them.

"Wait, you are the boy from before. Tell me who are you actually?" Sarada said while getting into a fighting stance.

"Calm down Sarada, he just defeated Chikara?" Boruto said while pointing towards Chikara.

"Eh, this kid? Just defeat him?" Sarada asked her curiously.

"Of course he defeat him, he is my son afterall."

"Your son?? But how is that possible you didn't have a wife-"

"Yet. He will have a family in 5 years from now. By the way, time travel exist in the future, ya know(dattebato)." Saruto anwered.

"Can you tell us more about you??" Sarada asked him.

"I afraid not. I released all of your friend from Chikara's jutsus, they should come here in a few minutes. Well, it's time to say goodbye, or the timeline will be altered."

"Okay see you in next 5 years. Be a good boy, alright?" Sarada said while patting his head.

"I'm 14, okay?!! Why are you always like this mom??" Saruto annoyed.

"Take care, say hello to your mom in the future" Boruto said to him.

"Alright Dad. She is literally standing beside you." Saruto answered.

Saruto then walk towards an open ground and activated his:

"Sharingan?? Where did he get that??" both of them thought.

A portal emerge,

And Saruto waves hand towards both of them before entering the portal.

After that, the portal vanished.

-A few hours later-

"Good work Boruto, you defeated one of the most dangerous treat in this country. But I'm curious, the reports said that you were helped by a unknown shinobi. Who is it exactly?" Gaara asked him.

Boruto turn around to see Sarada at his side.

"Should I tell about him?" he whispered to Sarada.

Sarada just shrugged.

"Umm.... that shinobi is..a.......umm......a bounty hunter. Yeah a bounty hunter, he said that Chikara stole his modified ninja tool when he is on his adventure. We didn't have much time to asked him about his identity before he left."

"I see, Chikara will be interrogate in a next few days. With your friend injured, you should rest here for a while. Here is your homestay key."Gaara said while handing Boruto the keys.

"See you guys in the next few days. Dismiss " Garaa said.

Boruto and Sarada went out of the Kazekage office and found Mitsuki and Sumire is waiting outside.

"So how does it goes?"Mitsuki asked him.

"It went well, but we need to stay here for a few days. Let's go to the homestay, it's getting late." Boruto said while walking towards the lodging.
