When you left my life,
My world fell apart.
How can I dream,
With a broken heart?
When all the dreams I had,
Was specifically meant for two.
My heart is shattered,
How can I carry on without You?
Our happiness can't be heard
Your smile can't be found.
I won't see your face,
Because you're no longer around.
Dreams of a future so happy and bright,
Have become nightmares that haunt me every night.
That longing to be together that was never there,
Is now always by me lingering near.
An empty pillow, a cold bed by my side,
A broken heart I constantly struggle to hide.
As the life lived today determines tomorrow,
My words will help, to write away my sorrow.
