I thought you were different.

I guess I was wrong.

I thought you were different.

But I expected you to change all along.

I am glad it was earlier rather than late

This way I was not involve long enough to get a heart break.

Don't worry, you won't know if you affected me or not.

Because I write my emotions not put on an act.

So you won't see me crying, not a single tear,

If i'm hurt or happy, you won't know if I care.

Somehow I knew this would happen.

It was clear for me to see

Though you were blinded by it, you were drifting away from me.

You can't expect me to be fine, I don't expect you to care.

I've tried do good, to always be there.

It was a brief encounter, our moment was short.

I know you will agree that we are better off apart.
