• Mariah's POV •
It's been two days since the fight between Andrew and Chase. I have been trying to avoid Andrew as much as possible, but it's kind of hard since I have first period with the both of then. The teacher has us sit far away from each other, which sucks because I like Chase's attention. Ever since that one day, Chase and I have been getting really close. I'm not going to lie, I really do like it, but I have more to worry about than just my love life. Ariel's party is tomorrow night!
I was sitting at lunch, thinking about everything, when my brother Max comes up to the table I was sitting at.
"Hey Mariah" he says.
"What's up?"
"Come straight home from school.. Do you understand?" he said sternly.
"Why?" I asked confusedly.
"Just listen for once! Okay?!"
" Fine" I said, shrugging my shoulders.
I looked around at my friends and seen smiles on their faces. I gave them all a weird look and we all busted out laughing. My friends always seem to make things easier!
The bell rang for 6th period, so we all got up to say our goodbyes. Except for Brandon, Ariel, and myself. We all had AP World History, so we all started walking together. We made it to class and we were actually happy to be there. This was one of our easier classes. All we ever did was watch videos!
Class went by slowly and the video was extremely boring. I started nodding off, when I felt my phone vibrate. I pulled my phone out of my backpack, and it happened to be a message from Ariel!
Ariel :
- We are going to leave in 5, k?
Me :
- Why?
Ariel :
- Stop asking so many questions lol
Me :
- Geezz, you sound like my brother!
Ariel ;
- Shut up and let's go :)
I was thinking to myself, how were we going to just get up and walk out of class? Then I look towards the front of the classroom and saw that our teacher was asleep! Like really? I look at Brandon and Ariel, then we stood up simultaneously and walked out.
"So where are we going? " I asked Ariel.
"Some where" she says.
I slightly giggled and said, "if you're going to kidnap me, just say so."
"Get in your car and follow me" she commanded while smiling.
I listened to her and we started to drive. As I was driving, I noticed many familiar places, but we kept going. When we reached the woods, Ariel pulled over to the side of the road and got out. I pulled over and got out too, just as Brandon came behind us. I couldn't help but feel like I was in a movie where my closest friends were going to kill me!
"We are not going to kill you" Brandon chuckled.
Ariel smiled and said, "Just follow the path till the end, okay?"
I gave them both a weird look, but did as I was told. I started the path and noticed there were notes on the ground. I picked up each one and read them as I made my way through the woods.

- You're mine
As I kept reading them, the smile on my face got bigger and bigger. I had about 15 or so in my hand, as I bent down to get the last one. It read,
"There are not enough sayings to describe you, my dear. You are my everything."
