i wake to a beep and realise its my alarm clock i get up zip my bag grab my phone and charger and put them on my bag then i go to my closet and slip in some ripped light wash jeans and a sweater that says mischief managed i slip on my glasses brush my teeth and i go to the living room grabbing my bag phone and charger as i go i slip on my black nike slides and pick up sugars vest and leash putting it on her as sierra runs down the stairs grabbing her purse keys and her lunch bag she packed complete with food treats bowls and water for her an sugar we wordlessly walk to the car and i get into her Nissan sedan i bought her as her birthday and Christmas gift 2 years ago when my videos got more popular her car had just broken too

"howd you sleep" she asks glancing at me as she drives its 3 am so its practically still night time

"not good but anistesia should help that" i joke she nods an glances worryingly at me i take this as a great time to start my vlog

hey guys its me kat today is surgery day my girl sierras taking me in now im gonna be here for a whole week sugar came with so she can lay with me an alert people if somethings wrong after surgery so lets go i guess

i set down the camera and look down trying not to cry

"were here" sierra says and pulls into a parking space we get out she grabs our bags and i get sugar and we head towards the front quietly once inside we check in they give me hospital bands and lead us back taking my temperature weight heart beat and other things then we get to the room the nurse hands me a hospital gown and shower cap and says the anistigeologist and the doctor will be in shortly

i nod sierra goes to the hallway and i change quickly into the shower cap and hospital gown an lay on the bed putting my stuff back in my bag an sierra comes in and sits in the chair i try to stay calm but i know needles are coming then theres a knock on the door sierra picks up my camera and is recording me

"come in" i say and the doctor an sleep guy come in

" hello miss kat im your anistesiologist ill be making sure you stay asleep while the doctor does the biopsy and puts in your port"

i shake his hand and the other doctor talks

"okay miss kat the surgery is gonna be around 2 to 3 hours and we will start the iv an anistesa soon youll be on it until an hour after the surgery now lets start the iv an get started" the doctor says

"is it okay if she films" i ask

"of course im gonna start your iv of saleine and then add your anisteasia" the nurse says

"okay i have to warn you in scared of needles" i say

"no worriesi have the same fear okay you should hold your friends hand and were gonna hook you up to our oxygen tanks as i put this in place" she says i hold sierras hand an look at her as the other nurse hooks up my oxygen and the other nurse hooks up the iv and slides it in i wince an start to tear up seeing as she had to put it in my hand

"okay sweetie we are gonna start the anistesia i want you to lay on your side so we can do the biopsy on your neck first and then we will do the port so lay on your side ill start the meds and then we will escort your friend and service puppy to the room youll wake in" she says i lay on my left side and lay my hand on the bed and watch as they inject the meds

"okay start counting down from ten" the nurse says

"10.....9....8.....7.....6.....5......4....." i drift out after 4 falling into what seems like a nice awaited sleep

i slowly wake up seeing my friends and family in the room with me sugar nudges my hand and i smile slightly and cough

"i want my boys"i whimper and start crying violently my whole body shaking
