Baby shower

I open my eyes and see all my friends from la and a pink and blue banner and decorations and a rainbow balloon and I start to get teary eyed as I read the banner kats baby shower I smile at everyone and say hi and hug everybody I see everyone's filming and notice Raymond is filming me I smile an laugh as I move my way around saying hello to everyone soon I'm sitted in a pink and blue chair being passed gifts and smiling and thanking everyone soon were playing games and having a great time I can't help but feel like I'm being watched though what I'm guessing is halfway through the party I pull my mom aside an tell her to call in some body Gaurds because I feel like I'm being watched
"Allready done your father has the place surrounded with gaurds plus you and I are both strapped so is Raymond don't worry baby" my mom says I nod and go talk to Raymond seing as my mom was acting funny
"Ray get the place surrounded with guards mom is acting funny and I feel like I'm being watched" I say
"I had them surround us 20 minutes ago I know your mom told me we were surrounded allready I called your dad an other mom too they are almost here we need a distraction for the guests" he says
"Don't worry I got that you got my 6" I ask
"I got your 6" he says we nod and I move everyone outside onto the patio but have Raymond my mom and jefree stay in to 'prep the cake" were outside talking and having a nice time when we hear a gun go off everyone hits the ground but me I pull the pistol from my though and back up so I'm against a wall I hear another shot an I leap into action going back into the room with my mom Raymond an jefree I see the issue immediately
My mom is on the ground bleeding out jefree is looking shocked and so is Raymond but I see someone else standing there I thought was dead
"So grandpa finally rose from the dead again huh" I say as I point the pistol at him and Raymond goes up behind him and fourced him to the ground cuffing him and taking the gun then cops come in and take him away and an emt comes to look at my mom they load her onto a stretcher an rush her out god I hope she's okay I also hope she wasn't in on this I turn an look behind me an see everyone's staring at me slackjawed
"Fuck" I whisper as I realize I'll have to explain this to mostly everyone I go outside and simply explain I kept a gun on me due to the fact my family was being stocked by a creepy old guy an he just shot my mom I start to cry and everyone consoles me and then my dad an other mom get there they escort me to the hospital as Raymond helps clean the party area an helps load the baby stuff and leftovers into the cars to take to my apartment here all the guests left when I did soon were arrived at the hospital an I run to the front desk they point me to a waiting room for pepole in surgery soon Raymond comes in with 2 bags wirh him he hands me something out of one bag an I realise it's cake and a water bottle I thank him an eat silelntly I lay my head in his shoulder and cry more he closes my food an sets it in the bag and holds me as a doctor comes out
"Family of christy" he asks
I stand and rush over
"I'm her daughter" I say
"She was rushed into emergency surgery to get the 2 bullets out can I get an explainatukn of what happened and you to sign theese consent forms" he says
I quickly read and sign them since it's the usual consent to treatment and start the whole story
"We were at a supprise baby shower for me with some of my YouTube friends and my grandpa who's her father he showed up an we have a restraining order against him because he's very violent luckily all the guests an I were outside but my nurse was inside with her preparing the cake to serve it an he he shot her and then he tried to shoot me but he got wrestles to the ground an arrested" I say sobbing more now
"Okay were doing everything we can to help your mom okay I'll come let you know as soon as surgery's done" he says and goes back through the doors I sit next to Raymond again but I see the usual flash of paparazzi outside I take out my phone and post on every social media I have
Please pray for mamma christy today at a supprise baby shower thrown by my friends in la she was shot twice she's currently in surgery we're all praying she makes it through okay
I have friends and family flooding my phone with love and hate some people saying if your moms in surgery why are you posting on social media I sigh and continue crying I might loose my mom and it's tearing me up inside 3 hours go by before the doctor comes back
"Family of christy" he says solemnly I stand and walk over this time my dad and other mom join me and step dad
"I'm her daughter an this is her ex husband my dad and his wife and her husband how is she" I ask trying not to cry
"I'm sorry surgery didn't go as planned the bullets one it hit her heart and we tried to stop the bleeding and sow up her heart but we couldn't I'm so sorry but she's passed away" he says I feel like my whole world stopped I fall to the ground and cry my mom the woman who brought me into this world is gone Jamie's crying too so are my dad and other mom
"You can come see her for last visitation if you'd like then we need to discuss what funeral home will collect her" he says solemnly
I slowly stand and nod
"Dad can you call Alex and grandma I I can't and set up a funeral home to come get her please" I say
"Of course baby go with Jamie to see her" he says pulling me into a hug I nod as I take Jamie's elbow as he and the doctor lead us back to we're my mom is we go into a room and I see her laying on the bed and I start to cry why why did god have to take my mom away I hold her hand on one side while Jamie holds her other hand
"Momma no momma why'd you leave I'm gonna get revenge for you momma I promise" I whisper and kiss her forehead I cry and I just have to leave the room I run out and sit on the floor pulling my knees up to my chest I cry and sob my moms gone because of that bastard I slowly stand as Jamie comes out and we go back to the waiting room my dad approaches me
"We're having hours know who transferred to our cells your grandma set up Hightower to get her back home baby they are gonna fly her home with us your brother HES in peices so is your grandma and aunt" he says i nod slowly
"I I'm gonna go to my apartment with Raymond you guys can meet us there once this is all done I just I can't I can't be here right now" I say trying not to cry anymore and my dad nods and helps me to Raymond he stands collecting our things and helps me to my car I keep here he helps me in and he drives to the apartment it's a silent drive the only noise being an occasional hickup from me we get to the apartment and go in I lay on the couch and Raymond sets my feet in his lap Lisa comes in and asks if she can do anything
"Call the doctor and my other mom please i don't wanna go home for another 4 days I wanna do chemo as much as I can while I'm here and call Shane ask him Morgan Jenna juliean ryland and garret to come over he can bring Andrew and jeffree if he wants I just need my friends" I say trying not to cry more
"Right away ma'am" she Aahs rushing to the study where I keep the numbers
"Want me to turn on a movie" Raymond asks
"Please" I whisper
"Okay do you want a happy one or a sad one" he asks
"I don't know how to be happy I just lost my mommy" I say crying more
"I'll put on a happy one to try and make you laugh" he says I nod I miss her so much I honestly don't know what to do
She was my mom what carried me in her stomach for months she cared for me yeah she did some bad stuff but she came back an she was still my mom I see the home screen for Netflix come up and instead of putting on a movie he puts on friends soon the doctor comes in with his usual nurse
"Hey so you wanna do a few rounds today" he asks
"Yes please" I say
"Okay I'll leave the nurse here to do them I'm going to be at the hospital someone's getting a biopsy" he says and I nod the nurse sets up the first round and then sits at the dinning room table soon my friends are piling in from the elevator Raymond greets them and Shane asks what's going on
"Her mom she didn't make it through surgery" Raymond says quietly I hear gasps and oh no my friends slowly come over to me I'm crying once again but everyone slowly hugs me and tells me it'll be okay then Shane asks if I wanna film the documentary and I agree
Andrew sets up the camera seing as they will do the intro later
"So were here with Kat the girl who's lived a good part of her life in the public's eye and grown up in it really so kat we're starting filming today at a very bad time do you wanna tell us about today" Shane asks
"Well first I came to la to do my uausal Colabs and have some time with friends and I got offered 2 movie deals my momma and Raymond my best friend and Lisa my assistant they supprised me when I got here saying we had a dinner to attend to with YouTube friends" I say starting to tear up
"Which was actually a supprise baby shower that everyone worked together to plan" Shane says
"Yeah and it was amazing they even included photos of my little girl that passed away but during the baby shower I felt like we were being watched so I asked my mom and Raymond if we could move outside for cake and just to get fresh air they agreed and I'm glad they did everyone went outside but it was all caught on video seeing as Raymond was filming them cutting the cake to serve it outside and my grandfather who is extremely violent and hates my mother he showed up and he he shot her he was detained and arrested after I shot the gun out of his hand my family was makeing sure I had a gun on me at all times for my own safety and we had a restraining order against him worried he'd do something like this but they rushed my mom to the hospital and into surgery an 3 hours later they they came out and told us she she didn't make it" I say breaking down in sobs again
"Hey it'll be okay I know it's hard right now but it's gonna be okay" Shane says hugging me
"Thank you guys for coming over I just couldn't be alone" I whisper
"Of course" Shane says
"Here let's Pause filming an get you cleaned up then we can do craft videos with everyone okay" Raymond says and everyone agrees
"Okay can you can you call gabbie too I'm supposed to do a  video with her and Irene" I say
"Of course" Jenna says ailing gabbie
Raymond helps me up and helps me carry the iv pole an oxygen machine to my room where he helps me wash up a bit in the sink and change he wipes off my makeup and only puts on waterproof mascara and chapstick and eyebrows then he helps me change into some comphy sweat shorts and a big T-shirt then we go back out and gabbie is coming in with Irene and Payton they both hug me tight then Irene hugs me secondly holding me for a bit telling me she knows how hard it is to loose a parent
"Renee i dont Know how to smile anymore or how to be happy my moms gone" I sob as she hugs me while holding me up
"Oh I know kat I know but it'll be okay eventually it takes time to heal and come to terms with it but you have the whole world to live for and your so strong so what were gonna do is were gonna wipe the tears and do fun crafts while you do your chemo and film them then you know what we will do I'll make you my famous cookies and we can curl up and share happy stories of your mom okay so you can look at all the happy things" Irene says hugging me then letting me go and wiping tears away
"Thanks renee okay so what crafts does everyone wanna do" I ask
"We were gonna make you a new wig" Jenna says
"You said last week you wanted to make some home decor things with me" gabbie says
"We can do whatever you wanna do" jefree says
"Okay luckily this bag of chemo is almost done we can head to Sally's and to joannes okay Jenna make a list of what we need for the wig gabbie what home decor style do you have and jeffree I have a great idea for us" I say with a half smile
"I'm kinda all over the place with my style" gabbie says
" I have an idea then we can make a few diffrent things do you wanna make holiday decorations or just regular ones" I ask
"Let's make halloween ones halloween is coming up" Irene says
"Perfect idea renne" gabbie says
"I definitely have an idea do you like glitter" I ask
"Kinda" gabbie says
"Good" I say an write the List down then I turn to jeffree
"Romper or dress" I ask
"Oo I love a dress but let's go with romper" he says
"Cool I'm gonna see what patterns and fabric we can find at the store do you know how to sow" I ask
"Yes using the machine" he says
"Good luckily I have a machine" I say laughing a little
The nurse takes me off chemo Raymond grabs my wallet phone and keys and we all head down to our separate cars Raymond drives mine we have Andrew gabbie and Irene in the back we head to the Sally's bueaty place first
We meet Jenna out front
"What was your mom's favorite color" Jenna asks
"It was green like a bright green" I say sadly and she nods
"How about we make you a wig for the funeral like a green and black wig" Jenna suggests
"I think it's a great idea" I say I took my wig off at home an replaced it with a benie
We go in and collect the supplies Jenna I sits on paying then we head to the craft store we collect all the things we need including some awesome fabrics for jefree and me some cute rompers we head back to my apartment and when we get there the nurse cleans the port then hooks me up again and as we go to start Jenna's video my phone rings
K: hello
D: hey Kat Heather jamie christy and i Are headed home we're meeting the funeral director and the corner at the airport at home come home when your ready sweetie Jamie your grandma aunt an I will be working on the funeral arrangements I'll let you know when everything is
K: okay thanks dad I I love you
D: i love you too stay safe
I hang up the phone an look at the floor
"They're going back in a bit" I say an everyone nods
"Let's make a wig huh that should cheer you up" Jenna says I nod and we start her video first and she does the intro and we get to talking juliean sits next to Jenna during it
"So miss christy kats birth mom and julieans aunt she passed away today and as a way to try and cheer Kat up and Just help her express some of the emotions she's going through in a safe way there will be a lot of colabs between the you tubers that are family meme bees of kat and juliean and just a lot of support on camera and off to help her and the family through this hard time today we're making kat a wig to wear to her moms funeral it's black and her moms favorite color bright green" Jenna says we dye the strands of hair first Turing them back and bright green we tell stories of my mom while we do so then as we wait for them to set I start the video with jeffree
"Hi how are ya Welcome back to my channel and today we have a special guest miss kat" jeffree says I come and sit next to him
"Now today is a very sad day earlier today we were at a supprise baby shower all her friends and family of youtube threw her and her birth mom was there with us there was a shooting that took place at the baby shower and kats mother was shot and she didn't survive emergency surgery it's very sad and very shocking and we're all in a state of shock and sadness as we make videos with kat to try and do things she likes to lift her spirits and help her remember all the happy times with her mother I remember the first time I met her mom Shane had brought kat and her mom to my house so she could bring us some homemade cookies and I knew Shane and ryland and Morgan knew her family for years and kat had come in and was fab curling and was in utter shock and aw to meet me and her mom comes in with her and her mom immediately was complimenting my home and me and Nate and just saying how much she loved my makeup and how she was proud of me for how far I had come in life and she had just shown me this side of utter sweetness and she was like a mother all around and one day I remember sitting down with her and kat in a video and us talking about mistakes in life and she told me all the things she has done in life and I was shocked and I just don't want kat to remember the bad I want her to remember the good and sweet kind person her mother was so let's do a kraft with kat" jeffree says
"Well thank you first jeffree for being here to help me through this hard time also today we're gonna make rompers now I asked you if you knew how to sow and you said yes well luckily I had my assistant and yours cut out the patterns according to our clothing sizes and we have liners too and boobie pads if you want em" I say smiling
"We'll See how it looks first" jeffree says laughing
"Well let's start sowing then" I say
We start sowing them together stretching the liners to the outter fabrics and I laugh a little seeing Lisa cut mine a bit bigger than your supposed foo
"What happened" jeffree asks
"Lisa cut extra room for the baby so I can wear it while I get bigger" I say smiling
"Aww good we can do things together wearing them" jeffree says
"Thanks Lisa" I shout and she shouts back a Your welcome and we finish sowing them easily we add tie on straps for the back and jeffree tries his on first
"Ooo yesss Queen" I say as he turns and the capes we added on the bottom flow outward
"does it need any adjustments " I ask
"No it's perfect I think" jeffree says smiling I try on mine and it looks great we finish the video and I change back finishing me an Jenna's video it's allready 1 am but we finish by 2 and then Irene gabbie and I start making some decorations for their house for  Halloween soon we're done and we make cooleres then we curl up with everyone in the living room soon I drift to sleep
I wake the next morning to the smell of fresh pancakes
