I nodded and we headed off to my house. The journey filled with silent. I am still mad at him and he didn't react to it so we walk side by side with a distant.

We arrived and I opened the door. "Come in."

He enter the house and make his way towards the balcony. I followed him and he motion me to come close to him.

"Come here," he said while spreading his arm. I hesitated for a bit but then resign. I do missed to be in his arms.

I sit myself between his leg and he immediately wrapped his arms around me. "I missed you," he said while snuggling to my neck.

I am flustered for a bit because of her words but shrugged it off and turned my face towards him with a frown. "Giyuu, you should explained yourself to me. What happened back there? Why are you suddenly involved in the trial?"

He sighed. "Tanjirou...his sister turned into a demon. I tried to killed her but that boy begged me to spare his sister and he promised to turn his sister back into a human."

I snorted. "That is not possible."

He didn't comment my sentence and keep going. "I was held his sister back while he keep begging to me. He also tried to attack me with a hatchet which I think very clever, but in the end I knocked him out. His sister starting to go rampage after that and I caught off guard. She kicked me away and approached his brother.

I take his fingers and playing with it with mine. "I wonder if my mother can be like that at that time," I smiled sadly.

"Hanabi..." He squeeze my hand firmly and kissed my neck.

"Ah, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to get so emotional. I'm okay," I gave him a reassuring smile.

I recall the previous trial and smiled. 'That boy truly loves his sister and I can feel their bond is so strong,' I hold Giyuu's palm in mine. 'They kinda reminded me of Hakku.'

"They have a great bond together, huh?" I smile thinking about it. "Wait, don't you have a mission, Giyuu?"

"Not until noon. I still got some times before that. Forget about that, you need to rest. You just got back from a mission, right? Did you get hurt?" His tone shows worry. His eyebrows are now turning downwards and his dark blue orbs filled with worries.

"No, I am fine. I didn't meet Muzan anyway. I am disappointed that I can't located where he is," I pouted.

He kissed my cheek. "Don't be. You did well."

I blushed by his statement. He is only showing this side of him only when we are alone. He is really adorable when he is like this.

"Thanks. Don't you want to prepare anything for your mission? Train a bit perhaps? Some Pillar must be still in headquarters now," I yawned and rubbed my eyes.

He scrunched his eyebrows. I know that he hates to socialize, let alone with the other Pillars.

I sigh. "Then I'll get some sleep. Do you want to get back to your house?"

He shake his head. "I'll go to Sensei's house. There is something I wanted to talk about."

"Is that so? Then you should get going, I want to rest as much as possible before my next mission." I stands up and stretch my limbs.
