Forty-Second.

Third Person's POV.

Hanabi is currently in her room, sitting in seiza style while closing her eyes. She has been in that position for fifteen minutes, not moving nor twitching for a bit, keeping her mind as calm as possible and keep her head cool. She determined to keep doing her meditation for the next thirty minutes.

She failed in the next three minutes as she slam her forehead to the floor, cursing in the process.

'WHY!? JUST WHY IN THE HELL DID I SAY THAAAT!???' She screamed in her mind. She start hold her head with both of her hands and rolling back and forth on the floor. 

"Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!" She muttered to herself as she hit her head with her own fist. "Why did I say all of that? Ugh...I'm such an idiot..." She crouch on the floor, regretting everything that she said to her lover.

"He was just worried about me, and it's true that I have seem to breaking all of our promises, but I have never been actually intended to break those promises..." She whined to herself.

"Ara~ you look really troubled."

She opened her eyes immediately and widened her eyes at the white haired woman that is similar to her. She immediately frowned.

"Kikyō-san..." She muttered in annoyance. "Why you suddenly appeared in front of me?"

"How do I know? You're the one who activated your eyes."

Hanabi frowned at her answer and crouching down again. Kikyō giggled when she saw her descendant behavior.

"Fight between couple is normal you know? There is no way you won't ever have an argument between each other," Kikyō said, while laughing lightly.

"Ugh...you saw us fighting?" Hanabi groaned.

"Of course I did, I am trailing you most of the time anyway," she said, making Hanabi groaned even more.

"I am so childish, I regret everything... I wish I can just cut my tongue when I said those things to him..." Hanabi muttered while her face is on the floor.

"Hahaha! Don't worry, people tend to act childish when they're hot headed."

"I don't even have the guts to apologize to him, he must be really disappointed at me right now," Hanabi's voice muffled because she talks while his face is on the floor, but Kikyō still can figure out what she is saying.

"Probably, but he also act the same as you, you couple act the same like other's," Kikyō giggled.

"He said he is tired with our relationship..." Hanabi turned her head and face Kikyō, glancing at her.

"Well, you said it first though," she raised an eyebrow while smiling playfully.

"... that's true..." Hanabi sighed in defeat.

"Well? Do you?" Kikyō asked with a playful smile.

Hanabi stay silent after that question. She think through in what she actually feels. Thinking back to what they have been through and all.

"...no, I don't. Not gonna lie, I do feel tired by his behavior that doesn't want to tell me anything that is bothering him, and I do feel useless as his lover, but still... I do love him and there is no way that I am hating this relationship," she explained her heart out.

Kikyō smiled at her answer. "That's what love is, it's not all about sweet things and sugar topping, sometimes bitterness and other painful things are also part of it. But that's what makes is beautiful. When you and your partner able to overcome those obstacles, your love will be more than anything until you can't describe it."
