Third Person's POV.

Hanabi slowly opened her eyes. Her sight it recovering so slowly and her lower body is feeling a bit sore. She groaned.

'It's not like I can't bear the pain while wielding swords but wow, I have to went through the day with this? What a luck,' she sighed. She glance at her beloved calm sleeping face. She blew to his eyes. No movement. She smiled.

"Tomioka Giyuu," she called. No response. She brushed her fingers against his cheek lightly so he won't wake up. "I hope I can see this face of yours again whenever I wake up from my sleep. I hope this will last forever, until we have kids, until we grew old, until we turned into dust," she whispered to him.

She smiled while cupping his face. "You're my fiancè now," she giggles a bit before looking at his sleeping face again, "it feels like a dream." She lays there, adorning his face as long as she can. And there she go, feeling her heart beating rapidly again by only seeing his face and being able to hear his breathing up close. She came to worry that her heart beats can be heard by him because their bare chest are against each other.

She is glad that her habit of waking up while it's still pitch black outside is giving her a chance to adorning his sleeping face. It is exactly what she needs right now. To forget about her problems, her responsibilities, her duty.

She keep adorning his face until a thought struck her mind. 'What if I didn't met him that time?' she wonders. She stopped her fingers that was brushing his cheek and take a moment to actually think about it.

Would her life be like this? With lots of worry, hurtful, and trickery memories, along with delightful, joyful, and sincere ones?

What if he was never in her life at all? What if she never knows how it feels to be in his arms, to be there for him through rough times, to be supported by him when she's down, to simply be his. She will never know how wonderful it is. Even though their recent memories are about them fighting each other and having arguments about stuff, the important thing is that they came up to an understanding and forgive each other.

At this point, she doesn't care anymore about life. She is grateful enough for what happened in her life so far and she is contented with it. Whatever happens next is a bonus. She is satisfied.

Giyuu slowly opened his eyes. There is no nightmare whatsoever in his sleep, and he knows why. He smiled when he saw her face first thing in the morning. "Good morning, Hana."

"Good morning sweetheart, how's your sleep?"

He kissed her forehead before snuggling to her neck. "It's good."

"Great. Then I will go take a bath since you're already awake," she giggles as she kissed his hair. He groaned.

"I shouldn't have greeted you."

She laughed. "Well, maybe you shouldn't but you already done it anyway so I'm gonna take a bath."

"What's with the rush?" He mumbled against her skin.

"Today is going to be a long day, Giyuu. You should take a bath too."

"Then, why don't we go together?"

Her cheeks are flushing red. "E-eh??"

He glance up at her. "We already see each other's body anyway, what's the big deal?"

"S-still.... Ugh, fine."

"You'll have a training with Sanemi-san later, right?" Hanabi asked the Water Pillar while having their breakfast.
