Whoop! I'm back! And I would say better than ever but.... That's probably not true.

This point actually hurts my brain to talk about to a point where I wanna curl up in a corner and cry myself to sleep.

If you knew your house was home to evil spirits that wanted to kill you, would you stay there? I don't think you would because
1. You have a survival instinct.
2. You have a brain.
3. Actually I don't think there is a three...

This is also one of the main reasons why I don't like ghost movies. The logic is always stupid and unrealistic. Now, you might be thinking "Yeah but you like Slasher movies and they're not exactly reality TV" and that is true but... They're not trying to be realistic.

In a haunting movie, one of the scariest aspects for most people is how realistic it all seems. That's why they live in a normal house, on a normal street and the victims are a normal family. So then if this realism is destroyed, the movie is no longer scary.

For example, The Nun. God that movie was terrible! The people enter the Church thing and then this weird stuff starts to happen. Instead of being smart and saying "Right, let's get the hell outta here", they stay and try to find out what's happening.

Does it really matter what's happening? Just get out of there and make sure nobody goes near that place again, end of.

I'm not saying that The Nun is realistic in any other way either like a classic haunted house scenario but this "Not getting the hell out" was not meant to be unrealistic and yet it was. It ruins the vibe of the movie completely and was one of the many reasons why it wasn't exactly the best movie.
