So, as the title suggests.... This may be just me but.... Mixed messages from the killers.
Let me explain. In Jason Takes Manhattan, Jason chases the girl who has a fear of water but he could've easily killed her multiple times before this. He also just saved her life. So.... Was he really chasing her to kill her? Personally up until the point where her and her friends tryed to attack him I feel like Jason felt a connection between him and the girl because they both shared this fear.
I may just be making this up with my fanfiction filled mind but I actually felt that that was the case while watching the movie. He could've killed her on the boat, but he didn't, he could've killed her when she was at the kidnappers' mercy.... But he didn't. Then he bothers just steadily following her for much longer than usual. Either Jason at this point doesn't have the stamina he once had or he actually wanted to be..... Not nice coz he can't do nice but..... Jason nice to her.
