"Ah!!" I scream and sit up straight on the bed. I take in deep breaths while murmuring that is was just a dream. I look out the window near to see sunshine shining down outside.

I groan and change into a t-shirt and shorts. I run to the dining pavilion and sit across from Luke.

"How was sleeping in the ocean cabin?" He asked. I sigh. I've slept in the Poseidon cabin for the past week and ever since then Kronos has been evading my dreams. I'm not giving in. I never will. I sadly still have to sit at the Hermes table which really sucks.

"The usual." I sigh and I make an offering of a piece of bacon. Now, I know I just gave up bacon, but if you ever ate camp bacon, you would understand. It tastes like Pegasus manure.

I sit down and think about the day Annabeth, Graver, and Percy left.

~~FLASHBACK~~

"Oh gods!" I flung my arms around Annabeth. "Don't kill yourself!" I cry.

"I won't Amanda. I promise." Annabeth laughs.

I move to Grover. "Stay cool goat boy." I nod my head.

He bleats and gives me a hug. "And don't tell him either," I whisper into his ear.

"Percy. Good luck." I tell him and I hold my hand out to shake. He takes it and an awkward silence fills the atmosphere.

"Well." I clear my throat. "I have to go. You should leave soon." I say and I walk back to camp.

~~REALITY~~

I slowly eat the rest of my bacon, eggs, and waffles. Luke knows I'm depressed. I have no one here besides him. Everyone ignores me. I... No! I drop my fork. Kronos is getting to me. That can't happen.

"Excuse me." I leave. I walk past Chiron and Director D looking at me suspiciously.

"Avery No-last-name. Come here ." Director D orders. I stop mid step and slowly turn around.

"Yes?" I ask as I arrive at the table.

"Avery-"

"Amanda." I correct.

"Amanda. The Olympic council has summoned you." Director D shrugs nonchalantly.

"WHAT?!" I scream. The gods have been silent for years. Now I'm being summoned to Olympus?!

Everyone turns towards my screaming. I gulp.

"Nothing's wrong. Carry on with your meals." I order with a hint of charmspeak. They turn around and continue eating.

"Since when do they do that?!" I whisper.

"Dionysus has just told me this himself. I am not sure when they have stopped being silent, but I have a feeling this has something to do with your brother." Chiron guesses.

"Still." I whine.

"You will leave after breakfast." Chiron informs me. I nod and go get ready for meeting the Olympic council and- pause for dramatic effect- my father.

--page break--

"Thank you." I hand the burly man a wad of cash and I step out of the taxi. I look up at the Empire State Building before me. I inhale a shaky breath and walk inside.

Luckily, there is only a guy about 20 working at the front desk in the lobby. He was watching some film on a tv screen hidden around the desk.

"Excuse me?" I ask. The boy looks up and pauses the television.
