"Amanda!" I heard her yell at me.
"I'm coming, Thalia!" I yell back. Thalia and I clicked naturally since she came back, which is a shock to most campers due to our parents. But then again, her hardcore looks and being raising from the dead, plus my gifts make us the outcasts. But do we care? No.
"Ready." I say finishing tying my shoe. We bonded over making fun of my brother which he hates but I enjoy. Immensely.
We walk around camp, looking for my brother. He has been spending time with Annabeth ever since the chariot race. I wonder why... (Note the sarcasm). The summer's almost over, so Thalia keeps messing with him more frequently and he gets angrier, too.
"Amanda!" I hear Annabeth call. I turn around to see the blonde girl run up to me.
"Yeah?"
"Chiron needs you. Something about Grover?" She shrugs. I swear if he is hurt or in trouble again...
"Coming. I'll be right there." I tell her and I run off to my cabin to grab Tyføna.
As I walk to the Big House, I see Grover coming up to me, scurrying on his hooves. Good, he's not in trouble.
"Amandaaaaaaaa!!" He bleated.
"Yeaaaaaas?" I copied and bursted out laughing.
"We have to enroll you now!" He yelled and tried to quicken my pace to the Big House by dragging me.
"Grover. Grover. Grover!" I shouted.
"Yeah?"
"What in the name of Zeus is going on?!" I practically scream.
"Well, I found these two powerful kids, and I need back-up. All the other satyrs are busy..."
"And I'm needed to help?" Your gifted by all the Olympians, and suddenly everyone wants to send you out to the front line.
"Please!" He begged.
"Do I have a choice?"
"Ya-"
"But first, I need to see my mother." I order.
"We can stop on the way there! Chiron has the form you need to fill out." He pulls me inside the Big House.
After an hour of signing and filling out papers, my hands are sore and I am exhausted.
"When do we leave?" I ask.
"Tomorrow."
"Tomorrow?!" I shout.
"Yeah. That's the end of camp..." Grover trails.
"Oh." And my ADHD is working properly, everybody!

"Mom!" I yell.
"We're home!" Percy yells after me. Our mom comes around the corner in her usual outfit. Her candy store work clothes.
"Amanda Jackson! How dare you scare me like that! I had no clue. Everyone told me you were on a quest, but you never called! Not to mention, Percy told me you weren't even on a quest! You were kidnapped! I may have missed five years- now SIX- but I still care!" She sobs and hugs me. I give Percy a I'll-kill-you-for-this stare and he sticks his tongue out at me. Very mature.
"I'm sorry, mom."
"And now your going to a boarding, military school." In the middle of her sentence I started motioning to stop her from talking. Percy doesn't know yet.
"Your what?!" Percy bursted. Ever since I was kid-napped, Percy has been keeping a close eye on me. It's annoying and I hate it, but I guess I deserve it for picking on him.
