It's been about a week since Garmadon took the ninja's golden weapons and killed the Great Devourer. We've been doing everything we can to help rebuild the city and clean it up from the snake's destruction. I was okay with it because it gives me something to do. I just had my Ipod and played some tunes on it while cleaning up. Lloyd and I were cleaning up a different area of the city. About a block or two away from where the ninja were. We actually got a lot of ground cleaned up. Even more than the ninja.

"Grace!" Lloyd called out to me. I picked up the trash by my feet and that was in my hands and threw them away. Then I gave Lloyd my attention and took my earbuds out.

"What's up Lloyd?" I asked him.

"The ninja found someone to help us get a roof over our heads." He explained. I smiled.

"Oh, sweet!" I exclaimed. He waved me over to follow him.

"C'mon, this way! We're meeting them there!" He shouted as he started running away.

"Wait! Lloyd! Where are we meeting them! Lloyd???!!!" I yelled after him while running down the streets. I followed him to a small part of the city. The ninja were already there waiting for us.

"Lloyd! Grace! What took you guys so long?" Jay asked. I was out of breath from all the running.

"Cleaning the city, what were you doing? Watching the grass grow?" I sassed him. Cole chuckled and Lloyd giggled.

"Anyways, Patty Keys is waiting for us inside to show us around. Let's go see our future home and training room for you guys." Kai said while letting Lloyd and I go in first. We said our hellos to Patty and she started the tour.

"This one bedroom, one half bath is a cozy dream. Who needs extra space when everything is in arms reach? Now, wait until you see the lighting." She started after opening the door to the apartment. It looked like a boiler room, like everything was made of metal. She even flipped a light switch and the light went out right when she turned it on. The lightbulb also fell from its holding place.

"Oof." I mumbled into Cole's ear. He nodded in agreement.

"Um, who needs lights when you have this view? Heh." She said nervously while opening the blinds.

"Impressive. I love looking out at a brick wall when I wake up first thing in the morning." I said sarcastically. Patty gave me a dirty look. I shrugged.

"Uh, why do I smell old people?" Lloyd asked.

"Look, doll, I'm trying to work around your budget. This all you can afford!" She yells at him annoyed. My eyes widened.

"Okay okay, relax I'm sorry. We know you're trying." I said to try and comfort her. She just huffed and rolled her eyes.

"Uh, this looks...promising. Remember guys, Sensei told us our main objective is to train Lloyd and Grace, not kick our feet up in some swanky suite. If this is all we can afford, this is all we can afford." Cole said. He actually makes a pretty good point. Something is better than nothing. Lloyd and I shared a look and shrugged.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, let's not rush into any decision. I mean if it's really all about Grace and Lloyd, don't we need to live some place that'll make their training easier?" Jay says, trying to think about it more. I really don't care, as long as I have them and I train with Lloyd, I'm good.
