"I don't have the exact number yet but we're looking at about 15 tables of 10. Yes there will be children at the wedding. No I don't have the exact numbers yet I'm just looking for an estimation of the cost. What do you mean you can't give me that? All I'm asking is how much it would cost for cutlery and croccery for 150 people. Look I don't have time for this, please put me through to you superior. Oh so now you know how to estimate. Okay thank you," I snap before hanging up.

"I'm scared," Sienna tells me and I let out a chuckle.

"The girl was being an idiot."

"Then why not hang up on her and try the next place on the list?" she asks.

"Apparently this place has the best equipment and amazing customer service," I say before Sienna starts laughing.

"So what exactly are you doing today?" she asks.

"I'm looking at prices of everything we'll need for the reception."

"And what have you got so far?"

"I found a good decor place, that includes table clothes, and that's about it. The venue comes with tables and chairs. We just have to make it look pretty."

"So let me guess...the day before you are going to be running around like a mad woman creating the hall?"

"Basically. I mean I want it to be perfect. Obviously I'll get people to help me but I have to at least make sure everything runs smoothly."

"You are way too organized sometimes."

"Yeah yeah...why don't you leave me to scare more people. And can I get a re-fill please?" I ask before handing her my cup.

I spend the next half an hour making more phone calls and luckily the people I speak to are a lot smarter than the girl I spoke to earlier. Most places told me I can book for a certain amount of people and if people pull out I can cancel and give a more specific amount closer to the time.

I just finish speaking to the last person on the list before I feel someone standing next to me.

"Is this your wedding planning venue?" Josh asks.

"Yes, it actually is. Is this the only food place in New York?" I ask in return.

"No, but it is the only place that offers me a discount," he says with a grin.

"Right of course."

"So how long have you been here?" he asks before sitting down.

"An hour or two I guess."

"And what have you got done?"

"Well I spoke to Father Stephens, I spoke to a catering company and I was pretty impressed, I organised decor and lastly I organised eating utensils."

"All that in two hours?" he asks.

"Yes in two hours. It's not that much to be honest...just a lot of phone calls."

"You're too modest," Josh says.

"Sure I am. How was work?" I ask.

"Tiring. I had 2 meetings today and the first one ran a bit long so I was almost late for the second one and I still had tons of paperwork to do and I didn't even get to eat lunch," he tells me.

"You must be starving then."

"I am."

"Go order something."

"I will...I'm just being polite and saying hello."

"Hello," I tell him and he rolls his eyes before grabbing my cup of coffee and drinking some.
