"Stop being so loud Jess!" I shout the next morning.

I look at the clock and groan when I see that it's only 6am. I get out of bed and find Jess with her head in a cupboard. "I can't find the omelette pan!" she exclaims.

"Why don't you just go get done for work and I'll find it. I'll even make you breakfast," I tell her and she sends me a grateful smile before rushing off to the bathroom. I look through the same drawer she was and right on top I see the pan she was looking for. By the time she's done in the bathroom two omelettes sit ready to be eaten on the table.

"Thanks so much Hailey. You're a life saver," she tells me as she starts gobbling up the contents of the plate.

"Slow down or you'll choke," I scold as she practically shoves the entire thing in her mouth.

"Yes mom. So what are your plans for today?" she asks in between bites.

"I want to check out a few stationers for invitation prices."

"Okay."

"Okay just checking. Sienna suggested that we make invitations. What do you think?" I ask.

"Sounds like fun."

I roll my eyes because she's not really focused on what I'm saying at all. "Remind Ashton that he has to come over on Saturday for the meeting."

"Okay. Thanks for breakfast but I've got to be going. I'll see you later," Jess says before grabbing her bag and rushing out the door.

Once she's gone I clean the kitchen a bit before getting ready for the day. Most places only open later so I take my time and at about 9 I grab everything I need to go. I grab my laptop just in case and walk downstairs to hail a cab.

"So how did it go?" Sienna asks once she sees me.

"I think ordering invitations will take too long and it will be quite a bit more expensive so I'm thinking we should just make them. " I tell her and she smiles.

"Yay! It sounds like it's gonna be so much fun!"

"Fun? We're going to be making at least 100 invitations," I tell her with a grimace.

"I know. So let's go sit down and start designing them. Lana bring us two coffees!" Sienna shouts over her shoulder as we walk towards a booth.

"Are you sure you want to help?"

"Are you kidding? I was born to make Jessica's wedding invitations," Sienna tells me, making me laugh. "So any ideas?"

"I have a few ideas in my head but nothing specific," I tell her because I haven't really had time to think about it.

"Okay...Jess's wants peach right?" she asks and I nod in response. "We'll need to find a pretty peach cardboard as the background then we can print the invitation on plain white paper in whatever font Jess wants," Sienna explains.

"Then we should also use peach envelopes. What about the RSVP cards?" I ask because I'm sure if just making them white is too simplistic or not.

"Those can be on peach paper and we can attach then to the actual invitation," Sienna suggests.

"Okay good. We can maybe have the invitation with the card at the back and we can tie them together with ribbon."

"Great! Now you need to go buy all of that," Sienna tells me.

"Well first I need to know how many people we're expecting. And I was also thinking that I could ask my friend to do calligraphy on the envelopes."
