Sakura is giving birth to twins with Sasuke next to her. After all the hours of pain from giving birth. She gave birth to two baby girls they both have black hair and the Uchiha onyx color eyes. Besides that they don't look like each other. After Sakura gave birth she got to hold one of the girls which she named "Sarada Uchiha" standing next to her, holding the other baby girl is Sasuke he smiled and said " I think we should name this one Y/N Uchiha" Sakura nodded her head and said " I like it" After awhile the two baby girls fell asleep and Sasuke put them in a crib next to Sakura while Sakura was resting. Sasuke walked over to his sleeping daughters and kissed them on their forehead. He then walked over to Sakura kissed her forehead and said " Thank You" Sasuke sat on couch on the other side of Sakura's bed and still had a small smile on his face then he put his head on Sakura's bed was falling asleep as well.

They finally got out of the hospital and returned home. Sakura went to their house, her daughters fell asleep on the way home from the hospital. So she brought them to their room already has cribs stuffed animals and already stocked on everything. She was unpacking from the stuff they brought to the hospital.
——————•Meanwhile With Sasuke•———————
Sasuke was on his way to see Naruto and tell him the good news. He finally got to his office, he knocked on the door and heard a "Come In" from the other side. He opened the door to see Naruto with a two stacks of papers on his desk. Naruto looked up from his work and saw Sasuke and said " Hi, how is everything going any update on Sakura and the baby?"
Sasuke chuckled " Their fine but it's not a baby it's babies I have two daughters now."
Naruto looked at Sasuke with a shocked expression went to him and gave him a side hug and said " Thats even better! So now I get to meet two cute Uchiha twins baby girls? I'm so happy! You must be so proud" Sasuke looked at him and said "I am,I reall am."
