Calum had been away on tour for six months and you couldn't wait for him to get home.

You missed his arms around you, keeping you warm and making you feel safe and secure.

You missed the way his completely chill attitude would both piss you off and calm you down at the same time.

You missed the way his eyes would crinkle whenever he laughed and his face would turn into something completely priceless.

Skype and FaceTime never did him justice.

The thought of the tour ending in two months brought some sort of comfort to your nights, but there was always an unsettling feeling of worry and longing right before your eyes close and sleep takes over.

Calum felt the same way.

He had your Twitter notifications on, his heart beating just a little bit faster whenever his phone buzzed with a new tweet from you.

He thought of you so much his head hurt. He never wanted the memory of you laughing and doing silly things with him to fade away.

Michael teased him about being a whipped little boy, but he never gave it too much attention.

All he needed to hear was your voice every morning and every night and his face would light up instantly.

When he got the teddy bear you sent him, he couldn't help but break into a grin and laugh in joy.

He took it in his arms and hugged it tight, the scent of home filling his lungs and warming his chest.

He couldn't wait to get home; to get to you.

Luke was sat across Calum as he had his moment with his now beloved teddy bear. Luke laughed and took a snap of Calum and the bear, typing something up before sending it to you.

You were just finishing up on uni projects, the stress making you want to scream when you got the Snapchat notification.

Taking your phone into your hands almost instantly, you swiped your screen and opened the app, smiling to yourself as a snap of Calum and the teddy popped up on your screen.

Just before the timer ran out, you were able to get a screen cap, making you smile even wider.

Calum remained in his dorky position, the only coherent thought running through his head being you, the teddy bear he wished he could be hugging right now.
