Every morning while you were in the bathroom, you'd put Try Hard on repeat and blast it through your speakers. And when 5SOS released the new version, you were absolutely ecstatic.

Your favorite lyric from the song was 'I play guitar, but she's into drummers' since it reminded you of the time you had a thing for Ashton before you and Luke started dating. Michael and Calum always teased Luke about it and Ashton would laugh along.

So today, your loser boyfriend Luke decided to bring that lyric to life.

The boys were backstage getting ready for an interview when Luke sent you a message, asking you to come into the room.

Nodding to yourself, you slipped your phone into your bag and walked in, carrying a handful of candy from the interviewer's candy jar on stage.

Your mouth hung wide open and you scoffed in disbelief as you looked at your boyfriend up and down.

Luke was wearing Ashton's bandana, keeping his usually quiffed blonde hair baclk like a headband. He wore a vest and his usual muscle tee, holding both of Ashton's drumsticks in each hand.

Luke threw his head back and gave you a smirk before singing your favorite lyric, causing you to laugh and throw the candy you had in your hand at him.

Luke quickly defended himself by covering his face with his arms, laughing as you walked towards him and hit his arms repetitively.

He eventually put his arms down and looked at you, amusement in his blue eyes.

"Well, you're into drummers right?"
