By the time we had finished making love, Lauren had fallen asleep in my arms. We ended up going at it halfway through the night. It is now around three in the morning. I watch her for a little while longer before I carefully slide out of bed without waking her up.

I put my clothes back on and pluck out one of my feathers, placing it beside Lauren as a sigh that what had happening between me and her wasn't a dream. It was also to let her know that I will listen this time and I will come when she calls. Leaning down, I place a gentle kiss on her frontal.

"I love you Lauren. I promise I will be back for you." I whisper quietly to her, unsure if she was able to hear me or not.

As long as I wish to stay longer by her side, I have some place to be. I have to free the Seraph from the cage, and I guess apologize for locking him up in the cage with Michael. You no what? No, I'm not going to apologize to him. To be fair, he was the one who was trying to attack me and threaten me with his little angel toy. No. What I did was just an act of defense. I was just defending myself.

I teleport myself to the cage. Before my eyes, I saw Michael and Castiel closely looking around the cage as if they have lost an earring.

"Er... What are you two doing?" The two angels jumped up and faced their attention to me.

"L-L-Lucifer!" Michael yelped and hid behind Castiel, trembling in fear.

Castiel daggered me with his eyes, pulling his angel blade from underneath his sleeve.

"Oh, come on Castiel. Again, with your little angel toy? You know that thing can't kill me, right?"

'It's still worth a try."

"Put that thing away Castiel. I imagine that thing has been inside Dean. It certainly does reek of him."

"How did you-" Castiel squints his ridiculous eyes and cocks his head to the side, as if there's something he did not understood.

I clap my hands together and look over at the Seraph in his trench coat.

'Now baby brother, how about we make a deal.

"No." Castiel quickly replied without having a second thought.

I'm not surprised Castiel would refuse to make any deals with me. Ever since he met the eldest of the Winchester siblings, he had become stubborn and selfish. He became the Winchesters' dog.

"You sure? I think this deal is worth a try."

'How did you get in here, anyways?" The angel asks.

"There's a small scratch on the top corner of the cage. That's how I was managed to get you in here in the first place."

"Oh..." The two angels said at once.

"Wait, were you two looking for it? I see... so let me get this straight. A broken archangel and a weakling Seraph, such as Castiel, have teamed up together to find a way out of here?" I let out a laugh. 'Well good for you."

"Why are you here, Lucifer?" The seraph asks.

"Like I said before, I have a proposal to make. It involves you going back home to your precious Dean Winchester, but only in one condition."

"What is it?"

"It is for you to keep your mouth shut about what had happened. About me taking over Klaus's body and locking you up here with Micheal."

"No deal."

"What's that?"

"I said, no deal." Castiel bravely spoke.

"No? Well that's too bad. Everyone thinks you're dead. Especially, Dean. He's taking your death pretty hard. He spends most of his time at a bar and possibly even hooking up with random women even."

Castiel's face suddenly dropped. It was as if I just stabbed his heart with my words. The thought of Dean sleeping around with random women hurts him. Little does he know, I have no idea if Dean actually does sleep with strangers in order to cope Castiel's death. I only know that he goes gets himself drunk at a bar. Who knows what else he does.

"My answer is still no." Castiel replied once again.

"That's too bad then. Well, good luck trying to get the hell out of here." And with that, I make my leave.

*Castiel's POV*

I put my angel blade back up my sleeve. There is no way I am going to keep quiet about his shenanigans. I'm going to tell Dean, Sam, everyone the truth of what Lucifer have done. They deserve to know the truth rather than being deceived.

"Wow, Castiel, you were so brave, confronting Lucifer like that."

"You must never let him get to your head, Michael. You of all people should know that."

I think back to what Lucifer have said earlier about Dean. Would Dean really go out and sleep with stranger's all because of my supposed death? No. He wouldn't do that. He loves me. He would never do such a thing.

A sense of denial within me starts getting to my head. But what if he did. What if there's some other woman or man laying next to dean right this instant? My heart ached just by thinking about it. Dean...

"Castiel? I found the small scratch Lucifer was talking about earlier." Michael says, interrupting my unpleasant my thoughts.

"Where?" I ask the archangel.

"Over there, brother." Michael points at the corner top of the cage.

A smile suddenly appeared my lips. "Looks like we're going home." Home to Dean.
