*Lucifer's POV*

I was giving Nathan a tour around Hell. I showed him all the different levels of hell and told him how work gets done around here. Being the heir of the throne, he needs to know that being a ruler comes with big responsibilities. It is sort of like ruling a kingdom, except it's mostly just paperwork and giving out punishments. He needs to know when it comes to torture, he must never show no mercy. He needs to be fierce and powerful. He needs to show others who is the boss.

And all this would consider a little warm up exercise for when we start yet another apocalypse. The last time I created an apocalypse, it ended up as a failure. The Winchester brats were the ones who ended it.

I was defeated by Sam and Dean and their love for one another. I failed. How could I just shortly slip away as I possessed Sam? He made a fool out of me. He took over his body because he had Dean on his mind.

The only thing good about it was when I took Michael who was possessing Lauren at the time with me. I broke the big bad archangel, Michael. He's a wreck because of me. I also broke Sam, but my dear brother, Castiel, fixed him.

As for Lauren, her bravery to defend my brother, Michael, was quite arousing. I applaud her. Though, I'll admit I was quite envious at the time because I thought she had a thing for Michael. And only then I knew I had to make her mine. And I succeeded. But now, I will not let any other man have her. She is mine and mine alone. She is my queen of hell. My queen of darkness, and she shall stand beside me and our son when we rule the world.

I will not fail on the next apocalyptic event. I will stand tall. I will stand strong. Stronger than ever, because now I have Nathan. My son will be on my side this time, and so shall my lovely Lauren. The three of us will be unstoppable. Not even Sam and Dean Winchester would be ever to stop us, I'll make sure of it.

"Father?" Nathan interrupts my deep thoughts.

"Yes? My son?"

"I know I'm the prince of hell and everything, but why do we exactly torture souls endlessly?" Nathan asks.

"Because, every demon and human soul deserves to be punished. Humanity are the worst kinds of monsters that your grandfather ever created but, yet he admires them, expecting all of heaven to bow down to man."

A flash back about Father expecting me to bow down to man, had crossed my mind. He'd watched those filthy apes with pride and became blinded by their monstrosity. Unlike Michael, Rephael, and most of the other angels, they obeyed father, never questioning the apes, and had bowed down to them like if they were all Gods.

But unlike them, I had a mind of my own. I saw humanity for what they really were, savages. Beasts. Filthy disgusting foul creatures. All they've done throughout centuries is kill one another, and never learn their mistakes from the past,  instead they decide to repeat history over and over again.

The first demons I ever created was just to proof my point to father. The apes are the demons. It is disgusting. They are easy to tempt. The deals with the crossroad demons or with me proves it.  Humanity are the ones destroying father's creation on their own. I don't need to start an apocalypse to do so, but I do want to destroy everything father ever created before all of humanity does.

And what did father do for trying to proof my point all those years ago and refused to bow down to man? He disowned me. His favorite son. He chose his creation over me. He locked me away in the cage to save his precious creation. He had all my brothers turn against me, he had made sure that Michael was the one to end my life. Michael, the brother I was once closest to. Who does that? Who would have two brothers fight each other to the death and disappear? Father left me, twice. He abandoned me. He betrayed me. Me of all people. If I didn't know better, I'd say he's no different than the filthy Homo Sapiens.
