I nodded my head as the sound of the beat blasted in my headphones.
For the past few days I haven't been at school, which my dad isn't really happy about but I been focusing on my music.
I dropped about 2 songs since I've been focused and Im starting to get a following on Twitter.
"Montero," my dad said as he took my headphones off causing me to jump because I didn't hear him come in my room.
Judging by the tone of his voice I knew that he wasn't very happy.
"I've been calling your name for about 20 mins," He said throwing the headphones in my lap.
"Dang sorry I didn't hear you," I shrugged.
"Have you seen that girl Brooklyn. Her mom just came over here saying she hasn't been home Inna while," he said walking over to my bed and sitting down .
When I heard him bring the words Brooklyn and missing in the same sentence my heart started to sink in my chest .
"No I haven't seen her," I said closing my laptop.
Maybe she's just at Eishas house and just doesn't wanna go home or something. At least I hope that's the reason.
"Well if you hear from her let me know," my dad says looking around my messing room before exiting.
When he closed my door, I grabbed my phone off my night stand and started to dial Eishas number.
As the phone started to ring I tired to remind myself to not think the worse.
"Hello," Eisha said Inna sleepy voice.
I must of just woken her up, oh well.
"Is Brooklyn over there with you" I asked.
"No why"
"Because my dad just said her mom came over here saying she hasn't been home," i said now tapping my left foot.
I started to grow worried because I knew that Chris was still in town and anything could be happening to her right now .
"Damn," now I heard Eisha start to sit up in her bed.
"We should go look for her" she suggested.
"You read my mind," I said getting up off my bed.
After me and Eisha hung up, we decided that she was gonna come pick me up and we were gonna track Brooklyn's location.
I quickly showered and put on fresh clothes before she came since I hadn't in awhile.
Once Eisha pulled up to my house, I rushed out the door and didn't even lock it behind me.
"Damn who you look so nice for," Eisha said as I sat down in her car.
Once I got in the wave of girly Perfume hit my nose. It was strong too but it smelled nice so I just decided not to say anything.
"Nobody now can we just go," I said looking at Brooklyn's location on my phone.
I was lucky enough to have her location after me and her had a talk one night.
Flashback.
"Why do you need my location on," Brooklyn laughed taking a bite of her pizza.
Brooklyn had wanted me to come over because her mom was working and she didn't wanna be home alone on Friday the 13th. Her cry baby ass .
"Because if anything happens to you then I'll know where you at," I shrugged.
For some reason I couldn't take my eyes off of her. She had her hair down and it was so curly and it smelled like flowers. Then she had on a yellow tube top and some camaflouge shorts.
She was looking really good and even though she wasn't mine and she probably didn't wanna be, I couldn't help but look at her that way. Just looking at her made my heart do a little dance.
" But nothing's gonna happen to me as long as your here," she smiled which made me smile.
She has one of those smiles that could light up a room .
"You know you swear you don't like me but you know you do," I said and she just smacked her lips and rolled her eyes.
"Me like you ew never," She said putting her finger by her mouth to act like shes throwing up.
I let out a big gasp to act like I was shook and them I grapped a slice of pizza and threw it dead at her.
Once I did her mouth got wide and looked down at what I had done.
"Monteroooooo you bitch," she said standing up on the bed grabbing a slice throwing it at me.
Not to long later we had pizza everywhere .
Moments like this I wish lasted forever .
Flashback over hoes 😭.
When we pulled up the the place her location said she was it looked like an abandoned house.
"I'm not going in there," Eisha said as she stopped the car.
I let out a sigh, taking off my seat belt.
" Yes the fuck you are," i said stepping out of the car.
Eisha let out a big sigh as she followed behind me.
Walking up towards the house I couldn't help but have scary thoughts run across my mind.
Touching the door handle it felt so cold it sent a chill down my spine.
Turning the door knob, I wasn't ready for what I was about to see .
