"You are both to write six inches of parchment today." Professor Potter tells us as we sit on opposite sides of the classroom.

"On what?" I ask

He thinks for a moment before answering, "one thing you like about each other."

"Right like I'll be able to spread one non existent thing out into six inches." James complains but stops when his dad gives him a look.

"Well you better figure it out because neither of you are leaving until both of you turn it in to me." He tells us as the door opens "oh we also have a special detention guest for some extra motivation." James and I both turn to see his mum walking towards us.

"Oh great." James sighs

"How's this extra motivation?" I ask "extra motivation would be the promise of never having to see him again." Mrs. Potter clears her throat before leaning on my desk with her hands on my desk. She gives me some sort of glare. I lean back in my seat and cross my arms and legs glaring back.

"Woah nobody's ever resisted mums glare before." James says as his mum and I continue glaring.

"Don't forget six brothers wrapped around my finger." I flick my finger in the air "I know this look. I give this look." I remind her and then suddenly her glare gets harsher. "I'll write this stupid parchment." I say sassily "but only because I want to not because your look is making me uncomfortable." She grins satisfied. She turns towards her son who immediately starts working. It takes me about a half hour to find something I don't find completely distasteful about him but once I figure it out I write pretty quickly. I hand it to Mrs. Potter about an hour into detention and see James is still working.

"See you easily wrote what you like about me." James smirks

"Don't flatter yourself. Hurry up I want to go work on the herbology homework and I can't leave until you turn that in." I remind him

"God you are so bossy. And you work to much. Can't we take a break tonight?" He whines

"No." I sit down and pick at my nails. Twenty minutes later he is finally finished and we are allowed to leave.

"Same thing tomorrow." Professor Potter says. James hangs his head back and I just walk out of the classroom.

Ginny's POV:

"What did they say?" I ask my husband, ripping the two sheets of parchment from his hands to read them.

'One thing I like about James Sirius Potter. Finding one thing was a hard one because I find him absolutely insufferable. However everyone has to have at least one good quality right? The one thing I have always admired about Potter is his love for his family. I remember back in third year when Albus was a first year and was hanging around Scorpius. This was back when the rumors about scorpius' true father we're going around. Kids were mean to both Albus and Scor. As soon as James caught wind of this He hexed the bullies. Including a seventh year to make a point that the boys were not to be messed with. In our fourth year when lily came to hogwarts she was scared on the train about what house he would be sorted into. So instead of sitting with his friends that year, he sat with his little sister and told her all the amazing things about each of the houses so she wouldn't feel inferior if she wasn't put into Gryffindor. However of course she was, and sometimes I hear the two of them talking down in the common room in the middle of the night when lily can't sleep.'

"Did you know he did all that?" I ask Harry who shakes his head no. "Let's read his."

'Adelaide Rose Elizabeth Ackles is a brat who is used to things always going her way. She is stubborn, and rude, and annoying, and whiny.'

"Charming." I comment and Harry shrugs and urges me to keep reading.

'Honestly dad finding one thing I like about her is literally impossible so this was a bad idea on your part.'

"Love his faith in me." Harry says and I laugh and keep reading.

'I mean she's honestly a massive bitch. But don't tell mum I said that. Last time I said that word she hexed my mouth shut for two hours.'

"Did he not get the concept of the assignment?" Harry asks and I keep reading.

'I guess if I HAVE to pick one thing it's her dedication. She never stops studying and working hard and yet she still makes time for her friends and family. She's stubborn and never lets anybody walk over her. If she doesn't think something is right she will say something. She even helps people she doesn't know. Last year lily was having boy problems and Addie heard her crying in the girls bathrooms so she went in to make sure she was okay and gave her advice. I only know this because lily told me in an attempt to get me to be "nicer" to ackles. So I guess I like how she doesn't pretend to be someone she isn't. If she doesn't like something she changed it, academically and in her everyday life.'

"Well it's at least a start." I say and Harry nods.

"Her Patronus is a wolf." Harry tells me and my eyes widen

"But so is James'" I say and he nods. "Do they know what that means?"

"I'm sure Adelaide does. I mean she's like Hermione. She finished reading the whole library in her third year, now she pokes around the professors personal libraries." He explains to me "But James... probably not. He also doesn't know about her parents."

"Angie told me Addie and Blake don't know what really happened that night. Only William and their other two brothers who were old enough to remember that night." I say.

"They should know." Harry tells me "it's their parents."

"Yeah but do we really want to scare them?" I ask him and he shakes his head.

"You're right." He conveys and I nod.
