“Hey dad! Who is this?” Jayce asked straight away walking over and holding out a small photograph. I couldn’t see it, but I did see him freeze, his eyes showing great sadness. The woman next to him, Alishia, took the photo from Jayce’s hand, and also froze, shocked.
“Who is this?” she asked brokenly, but he didn’t answer, as he closed his eyes against the tears.
“Who is this?!” she shouted throwing the picture on the floor. It landed face up, allowing me clear view. My wolf whimpered as I saw of who it was. Me and my mother, 13 years ago.
“Catherine.” He said as he took in a deep breath, before pausing. His eyes instantly landed on me.
“Amielya?!” he asked tears finally breaking free.
“Hello father.”
