I finally arrived at my apartment, I sat down on the couch covered in plastic and cried. It was the first time I've had the chance to cry since leaving home.
I sat there for about a half hour crying my eyes out wondering why Zach didn't tell me he was going to Florida State, when my phone dinged.
My stomach fluttered at the name "Zach." I picked my phone up and looked at my screen for a couple minutes then opened the text.
Zach: I'm sorry for not telling you, I understand if you never talk to me again. I'll see you at Friendsgiving.

Jessica added Hannah, Abby, and Chloe to the group.
Jessica: What happened Abby?
Hannah: are you okay?
Chloe: Zach broke up with her because he decided to go to FSU instead of UCLA last minute and didn't tell her till they were about to leave. Then he just drove off.
Hannah: What an Asshole
Jessica: Dick
Abby: I'm fine guys, I gotta go to orientation.
Chloe: love you, be safe
Jessica: ^

I grabbed my folder and purse and walked out the front door to my car. I drove the short few minutes to the parking lot and got out. I took a long deep breath and walked up to the sign in table.
"Abigail Walker." She handed me a lanyard that had a card with my ID on it, and a sticker with my major on it; Social Work.
I went to a few table and got some pamphlets and flyers and I walked into the Starbucks and got a Strawberry Açaí Refresher. I walked around for a while sipping on my drink.
A girl walked up to me "Hey, you're a Social Work major too!" She was a pretty blonde girl.
"Yeah, I am. Abby." I said
"Amelia, friends call me Mia." She smiled. "Wanna Hangout? What dorm do you live in?"
"Uh actually have my own apartment off campus."
"Jealous. Apartments were too expensive."
"Well, I have two spare rooms...if you want to move i-"
"Can I!?!?" She jumped up and down.
"Yeah. My Ex and I were gonna share it, but he went to a different school and told me this morning when we were supposed to leave." She looked at me.
"Damn. He's Cold." She said. We linked arms and walked back to where the events were going on.
We talked about when Mia would move in, and what we were gonna wear because we had all the same classes, except she took ballet at the end of the day. We found where all are classes would be and as we were walking to my car I bumped into a tall figure.
"Oh, Shit My bad." I picked my empty cup off the ground. Thank God I had just finished it.
"Jackson?"
