Hey Guys, I'm gonna be a little honest with you guys right now. I'm currently having a really hard time, my depression/Anxiety has taken a big toll on me the last few days and I'm having trouble focusing and getting things done.

Story Time:

I graduated in 2018, I went to college
Right away. I was fine the first month of college but then I got super depressed and felt alone.  In November, I was admitted to the Psych ER for Suicidal Thoughts, And With a plan to kill myself. I had a super tough time getting through the day for a while, but it has been getting worse since then. 

It's slowly creeping up to a year since that happened and I feel horrible because my mental health hasn't improved, even though I got married in April.

I'm doing Okay, right now. There's no need to worry. But I do plan on reaching out to my doctor for some help. I just don't have health insurance right now because my dad kicked me off when I got married.

I will still update this book, it will just be a little longer between updates. Stay Safe and Stay Happy 💛🌼
